We had a little family get away and we really enjoyed our stay! Marist things we planned to do were in walking distance. The staff were super friendly, clean rooms, great pool, and breakfast was yum!! My daughter even left her iPad and make up bag and they called us very quickly to come back and get it!!!

Clean property.

I loved staying at Hampton Inn. The property was new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located; walkable to the Tennessee Acquarium and many restaurants.

Front desk staff during check in were extremely unprofessional.

Outstanding from start to finish. Check in process online. Clean pool. Well appointed lobby. Great breakfast even though it was crowded. Only issue I had with ANYTHING was the bar closes too early.

Everything was great!

This hotel was just what we wanted for our family trip. We had adjoining rooms and they were very nice and clean. The location was perfect- within easy walking distance of the aquarium, the riverfront, numerous places to eat and my grandson’s favorite, a pinball museum.There was a problem with my bill when I checked out but the customer service was excellent. All was sorted out quickly and both Sajhana and Sahil were very polite and helpful.

The hotel rooms were modern and updated with lots of space. Complimentary breakfast had lots of options. Staff was friendly.

Room smelled funky. Had to ask for room cleaning service. Everything was new and looked great.

Nice Hotel.... The air-conditioner in our room needed a service call. It sounded terrible and made horrible noises all through the night. Other than that minor thing .... overall nice hotel.

Staff was wonderful and beautiful property!

Very clean. Kids loved indoor/outdoor pool (with waterfall!). We walked to the Aquarium and Walnut Street Bridge. Close to a lot of attractions. The lady who checked us out was very kind and happy, the clerk who checked us in was not :(

The staff here is great, welcoming, and friendly. My wife and I have stayed here twice and both times were fantastic.

The toliet wouldn’t flush

Nice spacious rooms, kids loved the pool and perfect distance to the river walk , shopping food etc.

Stayed here a few times and was pleased with the service. However, this visit was less pleasant. Greeted by an almost surly desk attendant, no ‘Hello, nice to see you, welcome back’. New daily parking charges didn’t help. The room was pretty much as expected, but was poorly supplied with electrical outlets for charging devices by USB. It was diffcult to connect to WiFi, in fact, we were able to connect via phones,tablets would not connect at all. Continually asked to join their traveler’s club via the corporate app. Very frustrating. The capper for our stay was when we returned at the end of our day, about 4:00 pm, our room had not been made up, no new towels, and trash still in the bins. A phone call to reception got us new towels, but nothing else. The breakfasts were the best part, very good with lots of variety, hot and cold selections. Very well done. Overall, the breakfast didn’t make up for the room deficiencies. A disappointing visit. Probably will not return.
