Pleasent stay. Just a coment that that a very nice man greet us arriving. The next day threre were two female in front desk attendants and we passed couple times and we said hi and both said nothing in return. They just moved their heads. I tought they were robots. That it shoul not belong to this beautiful hotel. Other than that. Excellent.

Great location by the metro where you can have access to the whole city. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Room clean and staff very helpful.

The property was overall nice. I was happy with the unit and location. The room is spacious. The WiFi did stop working for 18 hours, but it looks like more of a city issue than a hotel issue.

The initial welcome was nice, fresh water and Prosecco and pastries on arrival was what you would expect from a hotel of Leonardo standards. There were many issues that made our stay here not as it should have been. The fact we booked through Expedia and so our room wasn’t what we had paid for! We will be taking this up with Expedia for trade description act, and indeed Leonardo hotels for how they handled it.

A very loud alarm went off in the middle of the night that took a long time to turn off. We went outside to wait for some indication it was ok to go back in. After the alarm was silenced, none cam out to tell us it was ok to go in. We had to call the front desk to find out. The room was ok, but we had to go outside to get the dining area for breakfast.

Excellent service provided by the staff of the hotel. And the proximity of the property to La Sagrada de Familia and all shopping and dining areas. A busy and active and yet peaceful neighborhood.

Nice hotel, helpfull and kind staff. Only little wich is that the room for breakfast was proportioned larger. Standing in que waiting for other guests to finish their meal, can challenge the patience for sleepy persons with the urge for coffee :-) But not a big problem

We really liked the sweet and that it was close to lots of restaurants, and maybe 1 mile from the Sagrada Familia. There was some problems because of the amount of stairs that you had to go through or walk around the whole block to the back of the building to get to the suites. He married it very difficult for anyone with any kind of handicap or age.. there was also a bit of a problem we had asked the reception area. We asked if the doors would be open the night before because we had to leave at four in the morning. the doors were locked and we had to walk around the whole block and the front door was also not open and we waited until someone finally did get there and we could get inside until our ride came.

True to its name ‘Boutique’ the hotel is family friendly and experience is unique plus welcoming. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is well worth! To top it all, the metro station is two minutes walk and supermarkets right next door.

Staff and food are amazing

Nice hotel for a stay in Barcelona. Nothing fancy at least the common rooms, good breakfast and it is what it is, I tried to have a fried egg and they do not provide the service?. Things to improve, nowhere to have ice unless buying it in the next door mini supermarket and they should use something to refresh the linens and pillows, as this second room we had, you can smell some pillows extremely sweat.

The staff who we had contact with during our stay was very friendly and helpful. We had a glass of champagne upon our arrival! The room was spacious and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Place is nice and cozy. Location is somewhat far from main attractions but you can solve it with the metro Breakfast included is very nice, but they do not made any special requests, as for example I wanted a fried egg and they just have scramble eggs. Otherwise very complete with fruits and everything. Staff very friendly and courteous

It was an amazing place!

The reception desk was always polite and efficient. The hotel was well looked after cleaning was excellent, and it is very close to the metro. We had a wonderful time staying there. I would recommend it to any travelers who are looking for a well looked after hotel that is close to the metro and safe. We did not bother with the breakfast, but walked 100 feet to an amazing café which served amazing cakes, breakfast and café con. Leche costing us only seven euros for the two of us each morning, it is obvious the people at the hotel care about their customers and they are always very welcoming. We got there much earlier as our flight came in at 7 AM they looked after the luggage our room was ready by three, but we can start our vacation as they looked after our luggage , I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I visit Barcelona.

Well maintained and clean 3-star hotel. The staff is friendly and if you have any request they are available to help. The location is near the Sagrada Familia, about 1.2 Km straight on the same road. My room was comfortable and quiet and the shower has a great water pressure. I stayed 2 weeks for work and pleasure and I enjoyed my staying.

A great hotel, well situated and with friendly and helpful staff. The coffee in the room was a nice surprise. They also packed us a picnic breakfast, as we had to check out early. The only downside was that the room temperature is set centrally, and so the room was incredibly hot and stuffy. The only alternative was to have the aircon switched off from reception, or sleep with open windows in the middle of winter.

A very clean hotel, staff very helpful, only one disappointment, I had an early start but could not gain access to the breakfast room, whilst waiting for my transport to arrive, but a lovely place to visit for sure.

I really liked the area in Clot and the proximity to Sagrada Familia. What I did not like is that, in spite of the large open window, fresh air did not enter the room.

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, and an easy walk to the subway!
