Just overnight but Bev was very accommodating & helpful

Very small en suite.

Good location, plenty of parking and an en-suite room. The room was clean but could do with a coat of paint and a new mattress for the bed.

The rooms was compact, as can be seen in the photos. There was tea and coffee and bottles of water. We arrived a bit early but were able to check in. The beds are a little hard and the pillows could be plumper, but overall it was fine. It was a nice little room and was clean. The landlady of the pub was very friendly. There was plenty of parking, but even if the car park was full, the side street had parking. The pub itself was nice, so we popped in for a nightcap. I'd stay again if I was in the area, especially as this was by far the cheapest place.

3 Rooms on one level 2 twin and 1 single all clean , a tv in the room with kettle and condiments, Nice bar staff who showed us our rooms, can’t fault it

Room was clean but basic. But based on the price I paid compared to other options, I really couldn’t complain. It did its job well enough.
Although I have stayed in comfier beds, it was comfy enough.
There were no food options within the site for dinner or breakfast, but I knew this going in and was prepared for it. There were plenty of options nearby.
Overall, you get what you paid for; no more, no less. And based on this, it’s a good option.

Mattress was the hardest and lumpiest I have ever slept on. The pillow wasn't much better.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The beer was good

Nice little pub with clean rooms. Not too noisy, which is great. Short walk into town to get the train to Twickenham.

Good parking easy to get in and out

Good price for a basic overnight stay

Simple and basic but ticks all the boxes I required as well as an excellent pint of Pride and ESB.
The room also provided a bottle of water which the Ibis hotel didn't even include for over twice the price.
A few eating places and a takeaway just a 5 mins walk down the road too.

Convenient place to stay before flying out from Heathrow

Stayed for four nights. Only got one small towel for while stay. Mattress was hard and only one pillow in room. Hot water tap in bathroom didn’t work. Constant noise from main road all night, and also from pub until late at night. Loud music one night that made the room vibrate until 11pm

Decent accommodation above a pub, what's not to like. Close to the town centre.

Room was a little dated, but for the price we paid it was well worth the money. Would happily stay again if we are in the area again.

No Wi-Fi
No food.
Almost impossible to get a cab back to the airport.

The experience was closer to that of a cheap hostel than anything else. The mattress was hard, the pillow made of two very thin, old and hard pillows in a single pillow case. The decor is peeling and in need of renovation.
The walls were very thin meaning I could hear everything my fellow guests were doing.
In the interest of fairness the location in Chertsey is good and the provided a selection of tea and coffee. The room was cleaned whilst I was out. The en-suite was very tight and small but the shower was fine.
For the price I’d expect significantly better. A fair price would have been half what was charged (about £50/night).

I had a single room for a one night stay, and slept reasonably well due to having several beers after golf. The macerator in the toilets in the other rooms woke me up,albeit it only lasted 5 or 10 seconds, something I have not had in previous hotel rooms.A bootle of water in the room was a good touch.Overall it is a nice pub with a good dart board and good beer. The staff and locals were friendly.

The room was not replenished on the Sunday and cleaners nearly walked into the room before the time we had to vacate on day of leaving other than that our stay was ok

Nice clean place and being a Fullers pub, properly managed.

We stayed for two nights & the location worked well for us. We were fortunate to have a room at the rear rather than the front which overlooks a busy road.
The hotel staff were pleasant on arrival but there was nothing forthcoming, no information offered about eating either an evening meal or breakfast in the pub. We decided to go out! On our return the second evening we asked if we could have a "nightcap" & we were told that the tills had been cashed up so that was that!
The room was very dated & needed a really good freshen up. However they did provide us with an electric fan to help combat the extreme hot weather so that was a nice touch.

No doubt a coat of paint and some new furniture would spruce it up but really nice people, great location (I had dropped my son off overnight at Thorpe Park and wanted to be close by), walking distance to the high Street and lovely park, and excellent value for money. Want a sterile, impersonal place to stay? Pay twice as much and go to one of those corporate jobbies, prefer to have a warm welcome, pop down to the bar and a chit chat with the locals, then grab a room here. Basically, it was like rolling back the years and having a sleep over at your Grans, only warmer!
