This is a great hotel in Recoleta!

We enjoyed our one night stay in the area at this lovely property. We arrived early in the day so our room was not ready until about 1pm. We were able to leave our bags and wander until then. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The AC worked well. Breakfast was very good and included. Our second night was spent at a hotel around the corner and was much more expensive and not really any better. I would definitely stay here again. The price, location and amenities were excellent.

The hotel is in Recoleta, which is the wealthies neighborhood in Buenos Aires, therefore it is safer to walk and dine out.
However it is further away from Palermo and San Telmo for instance, you will need taxi rides to get there.
The hotel is very nice and clean, with an impresive lobby.
Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are big and in very good condition.
Few little wrinkles with room lights, but nothing major.
We had a good time and most likely we will use it again

The location of the hotel is excellent, just around the corner is recoleta maun attractions, very walkable location. Hotel was also very clean, and it has a great Italian restaurant.

This is the perfect hotel! The staff wanted to help you in any way they could with courtesy and efficiency. Nothing was too difficult for them. It is spotlessly clean and aethestic. I cannot say enough good things about the Intersur Recoleta hotel in Buenos Aires.

Hotel in great location in Recoleta area, walking distance near restaurants, cemetary and cultural centre. Breakfast ok. Airport shuttle service good value. Needs a little TLC in rooms, needed to swap room on checkin as toilet was leaking and would hear it all night. Second room couple minor things should be attended to. Didnt spend much time in room to dwell on it. Italian restaurant within hotel seems pricey, so ate in nearby restaurants.

Great hotel in an excellent location in Recoleta district of BA. Easy walking to many restaurants, cafes and places of interest. Definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent staff and service. Great facilities and buffet breakfast.

Not sure how this is a 4star hotel. They don’t have itemized bills, they didn’t have an adapter or concierge to buy us one. Their menu/drinks are very restricted and check in took almost 45min. Staff is friendly but slow. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I’d say it’s a 2-3star hotel at the most.

A safe, secure hotel in Recoleta neighborhood. Staff are kind, aware and attentive. It was a good base to travel out to other areas. Good breakfast buffet too!

I have been many times in this hotel, a frequent guest (I travel 150 days/year) and have seen how weak management can deteriorate a great place. The internet is very weak, employees reply that everybody says so but management does not do anything. I paid 450 usd for 3 nights and now after check out found that they want to charge me for a dirty towel! Horrible experience, they even charge extra for real coffee! Don't go there, there are many alternative providers in the same nbh. Good staff in the reception, bad manners of bkfst staff.
