Place was amazing staff went out of there way to help us multiple times cabs food recommendations etc only thing and it was minor was no fridge in my room and no ac but meh minor stuff overall 9.5/10

I enjoyed my stay. Check in process was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. The rooms were smaller than I expected. I was disappointed about the gym. I thought there would be more options. I did like that there was a safe in the room.

Hotel personnel were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had beautiful fresh flowers all around the lobby and front desk. The room I was in had no ventilation. It had a small balcony with a sliding door that was locked. The room had no air conditioning. The room was warm and stuffy. The front desk gave me a fan. It helped a bit to have some air flow.

Other than the front desk personnel, the property is a good option for business travel. It is central, close to main streets and transportation availability. Close by convenient restaurants.

What I like it was very quiet at night and sparkling clean. Breakfast was great too, but you can also go out nearby restaurants.

Room was as pictured. Loved the corner windows in room 404. Shower pressure was good. I had request an iron. Refrigerator was not plugged in. One thing I did not like, walls are thin. I could hear talking from the next room as if the person was in my room.

Stayed for one night and I really like the area and hotel staff. Very safe to walk around at night as it is close to restaurants and bars. The room exceeded my expectations as it was cleaned, smelled nice and was spacios for a queen bed room. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel, lovely staff, nice breakfast options also a great location with tons of restaurants and shops right at your doorstep.
But our room had no air conditioning, while its cool in the evening the small window open was noisy. Beds were a little hard and room blinds, and bathroom window needed updating (bathroom window held open with a hanger)
Overall its pretty basic no frills, but it was a nice stay and the staff again was very nice and accommodating.

Great staff. John at the frontdesk is the best! Great location, walking distance from many restaurants, drugstores, 93 Park and more.
Didn't like that the shower door made a terrible noise when opening and closing because it gets stucked with the floor tile.

The hotel has everything you need to stay safe and comfortable. The area is great and secure. Noise cancellation is fantastic and even the gym fits for those who wants to be in good shape.

Everything was great I really liked it, the only thing is that I had a bit of trouble with my room key but nothing major. Everyone was nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious

Very clean and modern hotel with very efficient staff. The only downside on room 303 is the view from the window as the hotel is adjacent to another building. Maybe the view is better on higher floor!

Hotel is a bit aged compared to other more modern hotels. Staff service was okay. Breakfast was a bit limited compared to my other stays in Bogotá. All in all however, it was worth the price I paid.
