Amazing amenities, clean pool and fantastic staff.

Our experience at this hotel was not the best. For one, there was no coffee machine which is standard at every hotel. In addition to this, the toilet flush wasn’t working efficiently, and the bathroom door had a hole in it and did not lock. The shower also did not drain properly. There was also a random beeping noise in the middle of the night. Along with all of these problems it was mediocre service. There was minimal staff at the hotel, and there were several instances where we couldn’t find any staff around the hotel. The breakfast was good with a wide range of options, and the chef worked hard to accommodate to our customized needs since we are vegetarian. In the breakfast area was a stray cat roaming around trying to grab food from our breakfast table, and nobody controlled it.

The Resort was wonderful! We are a family of five and each of us slept comfortably each night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. The pool and pool bar were great, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Will definitely come back here to stay again.

We had an excellent stay in a 2 bedroom unit. The best thing about this hotel is the staff! They were so helpful and amazing! We were given a welcome drink on arrival and one of the staff (can't remember the name) sat with us to orient us to the island, best places to eat and how to get around! The breakfast was great with hot and cold options and excellent cappuccino! The pool was nice and very clean. I think the rooms were dated and could be cleaned more thoroughly. Despite being a beach/pool hotel, there was limited space for hanging swimwear and towels. Pros:- People - ALL the staff were very helpful and friendly! This started with our transfer from the ferry port, all the way until our departure!- Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty- Pool was clean and refreshing- The hotel staff provided towels for the pool and to take off-site to the beachCons:- Although the location is central (right across from St George beach) and walking distance to town, you have to walk along busy road to get to town.- I think the rooms could be slightly more luxurious and have better upkeep. The shower head was broken throughout our stay. - I felt the cleaning in the rooms could be better. We always wore flip-flops in the room as we didn't trust the floor. Our balcony had huge spider webs and multiple large, dead beetles that weren't cleaned regularly.

The Princess of Naxos was a delightful "over-the-top" surprise. We were upgraded to a superior room, which had a great zero-entry shower, large enough for two. There are many hidden aspects until you are there -- the pool is at the front of the property, but aqua transparent panels provide a "sea-like" addition while providing some sound containment. The water pump/filtration and a small waterfall provide a quiet water noise when sitting nearby, very soothing. The staff responded with speed and responsiveness. One particular standout on the staff is Melina, who is warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The local owner is engaged with the day-to-day operation and that is good. The hotel is not in Naxos town, but is nearby. My wife and I walk a lot and a nice restaurant and super market were within an 800 meter walking distance. The beach is 200 meters directly across the road, but the winds on Naxos are a fact of life. If you want wind-surfing, many beaches are available. If you want quiet and gentle swimming, your search will require more time. Any visitor to Naxos should take a bus tour of the island on their first full day -- Melina can help arrange it.

Princess of Naxos was perfect for our family. They were very accommodating, the property was lovely and the kids loved the breakfast and pool. Highly recommend if staying in Naxos.

Spent almost a week here on our first couples trip. Stayed in the honeymoon suite and absolutely loved it. Close to the windsurfing, super duper friendly and helpful staff. We rented a car and took a tour around the island. Can definitely imagine coming back some day!

When we booked the hotel on line,.It says no breakfast, when George the accountant opened the door for us, saying "what do you want for breakfast? We will make it for you, don't worry about it. Oh, it is late now, go to your room and pay tomorrow." Next day we met Stella, she made us all kinds for breakfast, so friendly. They just made my trip more special.

A big bonus was car hire available on site at great rates with spotlessly clean well maintained cars. Above all, the team work incredibly hard to make sure everything is special and memorable. Lovely hotel situated just off of St George’s beach. The staff were very friendly, polite and always helpful. There’s the option to rent a car from the hotel however we opted for a scooter instead which was booked in town. Our room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the gardens, a huge shower and a good king size bed. We didn’t eat or drink at the property but they do offer those services. It’s a short 10-15 minute walk into Naxos town, perfect for burning off a couple of calories after a meal in town. Overall we really loved Princess of Naxos and would definitely stay again in the future.

Overall the hotel wasn’t worth what we paid for the money. You can get more bang for your buck in so many other hotels.

Clean. Quiet. All the amenities you need at a location that’s not in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Naxos but only a 5 minute drive away. Ianna at reception took good care of any questions we had. Would definitely return here.

Princess of Naxos is an absolute gem. The rooms are superb as are the facilities and staff. Everyone goes beyond their way to welcome you and treat you like family. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is just outstanding. So friendly, helpful, and so patient! The rooms are clean and comfortable and we were lucky to have a room in the modern style again. We were at this hotel for the second year and really enjoy the Hotel and the location. It is in walking distance to the beach and downtown. It is close to the street, but that did not bother us, especially since the rooms are

We had a fabulous stay here. The quality of the facilities were excellent. The cleaner needs a payrise as she worked very hard and worked to a very high standard. The beds were comfy and only a short walk to the nearest beach and bars.

This hotel was in a great location to easily walk into town to shop and eat. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful to all our needs

We had a super warm welcome when we arrived. There was a brief orientation. The pool and play area was loved by the kids, and we liked the ability to sit by there for breakfast. Walk to beach was an easy 5 minutes and that beach was very nice.
