Very nice hotel near the airport. Uber and taxi Plus airport pickup. In an industrial area. Good security. Reasonable transportation to Plaza de Armas.

The hotel itself is fine for an overnight stay but soulless. There’s no bar and the restaurant has no atmosphere. I ate at the restaurant which was average. Ceviche was nice though prawns added to it were devoid of flavour themselves. Main course of ribeye steak allegedly in a truffle butter arrived half way through my consuming the starter bizarrely. After I finished the starter the main course, which had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for some minutes was redelivered. Steak was without evidence of butter let alone truffle butter and was chewy and bland. I sent it back. Duty manageress didn’t ask me why I sent it back and the cost was still on the bill when that arrived. I explained why I didn’t wish to pay for that course and she accepted the reason and removed it. Service from front desk to restaurant was functional but in no way personal.

Comfortable room. Excellent food, especially the lunch buffet. Free shuttle to the airport. Upon booking, you get an email telling you where to catch the shuttle at the airport, which is much better than the other hotel next door, not to name it.
The hotel has a decent pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff who speaks good English.

Service was excellent. Room is good and confortable enough, maybe not so spacious. A couple of issues in the room justify a lower rate, for being the Hilton. USB port in the room was not working, the shower head of the shower was defective and the vent in the bathroom very weak, maybe malfunctioning.

Be careful if you want to check in before 3 pm as they charge extra, not good if you are coming off of a overseas night flight. Shower head in room not working correctly. Staff is good and restaurant the same.

Convenient for getting to airport either very early or late. Nice restaurant and helpful staff. I would definitely return.

Airport hotel with free shuttle that ran on time with our reservation. Dinner was excellent for this type of hotel and included breakfast was also good.

During my stay electricity was limited due to a storm that impacted the area. Not really the hotel’s fault. But made things inconvenient during my stay.

First off, we waited for well over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We finally just got an Uber to get there. Then, we waited for 1/2 hour to check in with only one guest in front of us. Finally, the bathroom towels, or maybe the entire bathroom, smelled of cigarette smoke. I won't stay there again.

From the time we walked in the door we had a wonderful experience. ghe woman at the checkin desk was friendly, the reality restaurant and bar staff were wonderful. The rooms were large and comfortable. Highly recommend!

There was a bit of a mix-up when we schedule the pick-up from the airport, so make sure you talk with front desk, not customer service in a remote location.
Other than this, they have everything you expect from that type of hotel : 24/7 reception, restaurant w/ room service, fitness center, airport shuttle.
Breakfast was good and varied, and they let us leave our luggage for a few days which saved us money on airplane luggage, thanks for that!

1- breakfast needs to change at least every two days. For one week I have the same breakfast buffet offer.
2- Breakfast food needs to be replenish faster. Fruits end and for one hour no new fruits. Disappointed.
It is a good hotel, but restaurant management was better in the past.

this was my 3rd stay in 2 weeks - great airport stop over - it was lovely stay, airport shuttle was great - only downside was scrambled eggs were cold both times I took the breakfast

Even the reservation was paid in advance, they gave me a bill to pay. Later they said it was a mistake .
The room's entry key did nor work twice.

Tainted by the experience of a booked transfer booked through the hotel that didn’t work out and left me in a scary and vulnerable situation. They were not at all concerned about this so my experience of this hotel is based on a very awful arrival experience. I would not recommend this hotel. Also it’s nowhere near the airport.

The transport could be tricky if you flight is delayed , you may find yourself waiting until the next shuttle (they run every hour) otherwise it is pretty good

Hotel itself nice and clean, convenient location close to airport. Good for an overnight stay. Breakfast was mediocre as was the service from the staff at this hotel, particularly the ones stationed in the breakfast area. Cold eggs and the toaster offered was a panini press. Poor selection in fruit. Staff just gathered and talked by themselves and were not tending to guests.

Overall, it is a good place to stay if you're transitioning from one city to another, but not if you want to get to know Santiago. It's in the middle of nowhere, but conveniently closed to the airport.

This isn’t an airport hotel. Having an hourly shuttle to the airport 10 mins away is not an airport hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall the hotel was good. Was surprised and pleased that the pizza I bought at their “pantry “ store the restaurant would prepare in an oven instead of my having to use a microwave. Very nice service. Hotel shuttle worked well although it took some effort to get a response from them. Directions they provided from the international arrival gate included pictures that made getting to the pickup point easy.

I booked the airport shuttle for pickup and it was very late and it would have been nice to notified they were running behind instead of us standing around wondering if we were in the correct place.
