The appartment hotel is obviously dated and requires refurbishment. We were staying for ten nights and found the staff to be very courteous and friendly. Room servicing was carried out on daily basis and to our satisfaction. TV.Reception is limited to few local stations only. Internet access is weak and problematic. The location is ideal due to the proximity to the water front (Marina). All in all, we enjoyed our stay

Nice convenient hotel in city center with very friendly stuff. Minute walk to the beach. Big clean room with balcony. It's noisy when the balcony is opened, but ok'ish when it is not. Airport bus stop is nearby by the beach, st Lazarus cathedral is in 10 min slow walking.

The positives - the hotel was very conveniently situated near the beach, and the rooftop pool was a decent size, with a nice bar. Our room was large enough for a family, and the bed was comfortable. The negatives - Dated, grubby decor in the room, including ominous blood stains on the curtains. The wi-fi code only worked for one device at a time. They gave us another when we requested it, but it was a hassle to have to ask. Another hassle was the lack of a hairdryer in the room. When we asked about this, we were told that there were only three dryers at the hotel, and we had to wait for one to become available. We were going to a wedding so we really needed a dryer, otherwise we would have given up. We kept asking, and after more than 24 hours we finally got one, but we had to pay 20 euros deposit. We had to pay a similar deposit for a lock so we could use the safe. Honestly, what hotel doesn't have these basic amenities? What with this and the indifferent reception staff, we wouldn't recommend this place. Another point to note - the lift is very small. This didn't bother us, but we noticed another family with a wheelchair user, and it wasn't possible for anyone to accompany them in the lift (but they could not be left alone). This was very stressful for them, and something to bear in mind.

The facility looks to be a little bot old, but all was fine. I found it very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast was great. I was denied access to the pool because of a private party, but after all, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pool. I thought using the pool was part of the deal.

Outdated hotel at great location for a fair price. Slow WiFi, mismatched decor. Rooftop pool was awesome.

Close to the beach and a pool

Great location. A few minutes away from the beach & central bus stop to get around to other cities or to the airport. I stayed at another hotel that was a 4 star, and the quality difference between hotels was noticeable. The staff here were all friendly & helpful, but the rooms are pretty outdated and wasn't fully cleaned.

The property is in city centre so very close to shops and restaurants and walkable distance to beach. Spacious rooms and parking available. It is a old and very basic property so not happy with the price we paid for it. Getting into parking was also an issue which the management needs to sort out.

it was amazing holiday , friendly staff in reception area.very nice pool on the roof , the very bad issue was that no wifi in the rooms for more than one device.

It is central and easy to come to the main street in Larnaca

Location is amazing, rooms are very spacious covenient for families, breakfast is good, swimming pool is great, moreober staff are friendly Overall experience is beyond expectations

We stayed for 4 weeks at this hotel. Reception staff were helpful. The rooms were dated but the beds were comfortable. The apartment had a very basic kitchenette with basic cutlery and plates etc. While the room was serviced daily, the bathroom was mouldy. The location was extremely noisy especially Friday and Saturday nights when the restaurant downstairs had very loud music until 1am. Also loud street traffic every day . Good roof top pool area . Would probably not stay here again.

So close the the beach and hot spots

We got here three hours belfiore checkin but the owner could see we've been travelling all night and got us our room straightaway with no extra charge. So close to the sea and a beautiful area ❤

Liked the room, the location, the staff, everything was great.

The staff at the property were excellent and helpful. The property needs a full renovation. From the room to the towels, everything needs replaced asap. I would not stay again.

Excellent location, friendly and accomodating staff, great rooftop pool with a bar, large rooms with everything you need. Yes, the place is dated and could do with a facelift but it's clean and comfortable and obviously a lot less expensive than most places around with a pool.

Towels were like rags and blankets had stains all over but I did see cleaner unwrapping all the blankets so I know they have been washed at least It was fine for what we needed as it was just a couple of nights before our flight out to Athens.

Apartment was large and spacious with a big bed. Swimming pool was good. Only downside was that the Wi-Fi was restricted to one device at a time. Not very practical these days.

We stayed here for 3 nights great location but is a very dated and dark hotel. Bed is very comfortable we have a one bed apartment only down side is it’s dated and there is no TV in the bedroom and you have a big living room but tiny TV?? Kitchen was also dated and nit very welcoming. Staff onsite were very helpful. Easy to get a bus to the city or Airport and lots of restaurants and shops to keep you busy. Swimming pool was okay not really child friendly but okay.

Super comfy bed. Front desk lady was extremely helpful and provided amazing service.

A disapointed stay. Chose a better room, but it was horrible. A terrible smell og cloack was in the room at al time. I try to chamge room ut they claimed they where fully booked😬a cleaning lady came and just sprayed with some good smell , it lasted for 30 min. The breakfast I unfortuatelig added for appr 30 E was lousy - not much to choose by really Lie standard. To be a 4 star place I excpected more. The hotel Apartment was old, badly or hardly renovatez, and with everywhere a bad smell og smoke in the hallways
