I like the hot tub and the fact that they supplied robes. I was able to change my dates without a problem to arrive 1 day later. They had a coffee press! New Zealand and Australia don't use drip coffee. This is an awesome family place.
Kitchen is not well stocked and room needs updating.

We had a wonderful time at this holiday park. The motel style room had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchenette. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in giving us tips on where to visit in Rotorua. The swimming pool was also nicely heated! All the dinosaurs around the park gave it a fun appearance!

Great place to stay! Perfect for families large playground indoor hotpool and spa..part of the hotpool is shallow so great for the little ones dinosaurs all over the property to shiw the kids also so makes a great walk at any time of the day...Play room and family room cooking facilities and refrigerators to store your food...Great feel really safe staff super friendly cant wait to stay again

We stayed for 2 nights in your motel units. The unit was clean and tidy, great spot for the kids (opposite the pool). Your pool is lovely and it was very quiet.
The kids playground could do with a bit of an update, the trampoline was broken and the boat was a bit rusty/paint peeling. The kids arcade room wasn't great but we didn't stay long in there.
Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely come back the next time we're in Rotorua.

Our family cabin was very large with a nice outdoor area. Kids loved the pool and jumping castle. It was a bit of a drive into town, but less smelly because of that. We'll equipped kitchen. Clean. Would stay again.

We stayed only one night had no complaints about anything beds very comfortable. It was great having a carport to pack and unpack the car as was raining. We would stay there again.

We had a huge room with a queen bed and 3 sets of bunk beds, the queen bed was comfy hut rhe bunk beds were horrible. Would be find for kids but for adults you sank right through the foam mattress onto the metal below. Very hard on our hips, knees, and shoulders. It is right near the water so lots of lake flies but if you keep doors and windows shut the AC keeps you nice and cool. Shared bathroom facilites were clean with lots of stalls so there was never a wait. Overall would visit again but look at room choices closely!

We stayed here for three nights for our Rotorua visit. It is in the middle of Hells Gate and the Redwoods which is in our itinerary so location served us well and also not too far to the town centre. Not much smell of sulphur here and also walking distance to Lake Rotorua.
This is not the first time we booked a holiday park so we sort of know what to expect. But the basics were not met: cleanliness is sub-standard, toilet door is not locking and windows/door didn’t have a flyscreen to let the fresh air in.
The starter pack included 1 tiny bar of soap and shampoo and there were four of us. All adults. Good thing we brought our own.

We had a very pleasant stay, very warm and welcoming place, however there was very poor water pressure in the communal showers other than that we will definitely recommend to whanau and friends.
