The location was excellent. I was disappointed by a 6:30 am fire alarm evacuation and we had no hot water. Didn’t turn out to be an enjoyable Sunday morning

Wonderful stunning hotel, very helpful friendly staff, comfortable beds, well appointed rooms. The only negative we found was the noise from the corridor even when people where talking normally it sounded as if they were in our room not good for trying to sleep,

We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always our go to in the Toowong area. Rooms are super clean, comfortable and spacious, and staff are always very friendly. Lots of dining options in the immediate area and undercover parking on-site. No gym, but a jog along the Brisbane River is even better. We’ll be back again soon!

In addition to the excellent state of the room, the hotel is very conveniently located with respect to the on-site restaurant, many meal outlets, the Toowong shopping complex and the train to the city and airport, the latter via a train but not platform change at Roma Street station.

Property was beautiful. Only the beds were so uncomfortable! Sore neck for days. My sister in law also ended up sleeping on the floor instead..

Very convenient for dining, shopping and transport. Quiet in the rooms. Very clean and regularly serviced. I highly recommend this as a safe and comfortable place to stay Definitely will stay again.

Excellent accomm. Free parking, spotlessly clean and all staff were very helpful and friendly including organising taxis and advice re restaurants and shopping etc. Excellent Japanese restaurant on ground floor(Hatsu)...also does a great breakfast.
Will be our new go to in brisbane as only a $20 cab ride from Suncorp and Southbank etc.

Jephson Hotel & Apartments is located within 5-10 minute walking distance from the Toowong Village shopping mall and train station, about three stops south of Brisbane CBD. The Family Room was nice and spacious for four adults.

We stayed as a group in a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment. Each room had it own bathroom so that was perfect for our group. Comfy beds and nice and clean.
Very convenient location close to shopping centre. We cooked a few meals. Kitchen equipment is pretty basic but we managed. Coffee shop in the building so that was a bonus as well. Would recommend.
