Great hotel as a stop over. Bourges was a great city to explore. The hotel is located well if you have a car to drive to the city. The beds are comfortable and the room is a decent city for france standard. The breakfast is also decent for france.

Very good for a peaceful overnight stay with a very comfortable bed, and so convenient with such near access to the motorway junction. Bathroom could do with a refresh.

An utterly dreadful hotel, particularly for the price. The rooms smelt musty and unpleasant, the carpet was worn and the shower and windows were covered in mould. We paid more than £80 for a family room that was meant to sleep four people. We arrived to find three beds - a double and a single. On further inspection, we found a made-up pull-out bed underneath the double, but there was no space to put it up. Eventually, we wedged it at the foot of the double bed, which cut off half the room, unless we climbed over the bed with our sleeping children in. We also had one towel to share between four of us. Check-in was slow, mainly as people have to pay on arrival, and communication was difficult, with the staff on reception using a translation app to speak to customers. Drinks had to be purchased via the front desk too, and there was no outdoor seating, not even a couple of benches. Grim, extortionate and inefficient - avoid!

Spacious room but quite worn out, particularly in the bathroom/toilet area, which did not look as clean as other newer ACE hotels used in the past. A couple of bugs spotted walking on the carpet - it was a ground floor room after all.

I did not like paying 5 euris above the hotel's rack rate just because I booked through Expedia. I would have got a better rate by booking directly with the hotel!!!

It was a clean and warm place to stay the night. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

Stay was good other than we werent allowed to take our very small dog into the breakfast area. The hotel accepts dogs and makes a charge, why not allow dogs into the breakfast room?We stay at many hotels in France and dogs are allowed in restaurants quite often.

Upto Ace Hotel standards but service could have been more cheerful and the shower/toilet was smaller than usual. Also the TV channels did not have any English, Dutch or German channel option, just French, so does not cater to international travellers.

Run of the mill hotel chain on the outscirts of the town. Comfortable and good value. The sign posting to the hotel after leaving the peage is a nightmare. Take a wrong turn and you have to frive several Km to get back on the dual carriage way network surround ing the hotel. Even the Sat Nav didn't really help. But now I know how to get to it I would stay again.

There was supposed to be WiFi but no matter how we or reception tried it would not work. The tv had only one channel and the remote control did not work. The picture advertising the hotel did not match the room at all. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and the hotel had no restaurant.

Good priced stay in clean room, close to motorway if travelling to Spain through France, I got in late but managed to quick get a meal at one of the two restaurants within walking distance at just before 11pm. Wifi was out of service when I stayed luckily I didn’t need it this time. No kettle for coffee ect and no hand soap in room. But overall it’s clean stay for a quick overnight stop

Good budget hotel, clean and with a good breakfast

Excellent overnight stop. We have stayed here many times. Fair to say that this is one of the original Ace hotels and it is starting to look a bit tired in places eg. the bathrooms. But rooms are an excellent size, the wi fi is good and the breakfast is super value. So convenient for the autoroute - within minutes of the A71. Recommended.

Clean but very basic. Toiletries were very minimal and no coffee or tea in room.

Apart from only 1 pillow each and the fact that the shower head height is not adjustable this hotel is good value, near a71, gives you discount vouchers for restaurants very close by..its great!
