Lovely staff and a great meal. We stayed in a room above the pub itself and the mattress and shower could do with an update, but overall we had a great stay.

The stay at The Kings Head Inn was very pleasant. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable with an on-sight parking and located within an easy walking distance to town centre. The service was excellent and the food phenomenal. I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice friendly welcome. First impression of the room was not great, but we grew into it and were happy. Very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cold and had some dead insects on the floor. Shower was excellent; very powerful and hot! Food was excellent; good value and very well cooked and presented. The full English breakfast was superb!

(weather hot so needed windows open) Lovely breakfast - although dining tables felt sticky to touch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a nice hotel

Very comfortable and cozy, especially on a rainy day. Felt luxurious and was squeaky clean. Pretty terrace dining in the pub. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay, the extra beds had not been made but was attended to immediately, and the room was just perfect. Lovely breakfast the next day. We will be back and stay again when we visit Rye

Beautiful room ( Champagne Room) with incredibly comfy bed. Clean and well-equipped. Lovely bathroom although the shower head was very small and therefore didn’t produce much spray. However, this was the only negative. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The stay was really good value for money and a super break.

Lovely hotel, the rooms are excellent in size, very clean, comfortable, with a very large super king bed, lots of wardrobe space and the bathrooms are kept to a very high standard. The food was brilliant, breakfast was very good indeed.The pub had an excellent atmosphere, with a great range of lagers, bitters and spirits. The staff where very nice and extremely helpful.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The bed was very comfy and the room spacious. An excellent breakfast and relaxed sociable hours (8-10:00 am). A great selection on the evening menu.

Staff were nice, breakfast particularly with table reserved and welcoming. Really short stopover on my own and sadly was put in the room which over looks the garden which happens to be the one way exit due to Covid so very noisy (beach hut room) and thought it would go quiet by 11 but group of people drinking and talking outside the bedroom window until 1am disturbed me.. I’m sure you wouldn’t be able to hear it in any of the other rooms but this one over looked the garden area. Also tv had no picture. Otherwise the property was clean and felt very Covid safe and staff were nice and food was nice.

Room was lovely and very clean. Really nice location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also really accommodating to us and our 16 month old baby. We would love to come back again. Food was nice too.

Lovely boutique style inn which was family friendly and dog friendly. A short walk into Rye and close to beautiful Greatstone beach which is also great for kids and dogs!

Everything was lovely, easy, clean & well organised. We had an outside cottage and it was really spacious & came with a fan which we needed in the heatwave! Great breakfast, friendly & helpful staff. Best accommodation ive had in ages & fairly priced.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were exceptional coping with the extraordinary heat and the strange rules around Covid 19. We booked because the reviews were so great. Lovely stay but very small room and need a half curtain at window as we Felt like we was in a fishbowl as we Overlooked the garden
