Apartment was well provisioned and everything in it was pretty new. Staff were friendly. A little disappointing that there was only 4 loungers at the pool we had access to - this limited the time we were able to spend there.

We always stay in Hastings street snoods but never again. The view was magnificent! We were on the first floor which was fantastic. The place was quiet and the interior of the 2 bedroom deluxe had everything you could want on a relaxing holiday. We are back again next June and will be recommending to everyone.

Beautiful view and room! It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved swimming in both the river and the pool. Easy walk to coffee and restaurants. It was the perfect way to spend my husband’s birthday. We will definitely be back and have already told friends about this place. We loved it!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with ground level parking bay. Kitchen has dishwasher, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave. Stand up paddle boards and kayaks available for hire

This is our second stay at the Noosa Pacific & I really like the apartments but there are a few things that let down this stay. Our last stay was only 2 nights, this time we stayed for a week due to the 1 week minimum - not sure if just during school hols as able to book shorter stay last time Nothing is replenished during your stay, including towels. They expect you to wash & dry your towels when staying 8 days or less. As a new mum travelling with a 4 month old baby & 5yr old, I didn’t come on holiday to wash loads of towels. You’re also only given 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dish powders & 2 washing powders. Fine for a couple days but not a week of constant towel washing We ran out after day 3. Called front desk & was told rudely that it was a starter pack & to buy my own. Explained I was without a car so was allowed to buy a roll & a dish tablet to get by. Unless you’re happy supplying all your own toilet paper etc I wouldn’t bother Also, two pools advertised but you’re only allowed to use the one assoc with your tower, not both. Shower only, not bath combo as described which we needed for the baby NOISY caravan park next door Balcony door didn’t lock Finally, I booked Expedia’s buy now pay later but hotel does not honour this & removes funds 1 month before stay which I wasn’t expecting & again, front desk very rude. Nice apartments but I won’t return. Nothing in walking distance with kids. For same money can stay in town & not have to wash towels.

Reception staff were professipnal. Room was beautifully presented.

Great spot really friendly onsite managers. Only thing I'd mention is that there's actually 2 towers and the website although it did say garden room you still think you're checking into and using the amazing looking pool and facilities overlooking the water that is in every image. But you may be staying in the tower next door with a different pool etc... Great place though and really well maintained.

Super super disappointed in this “resort”. They were more like very basic serviced apartments. The pools looked nothing like the photos. Stand up paddle boards etc. never seemed to be available as the employee responsible was never there. Every request seemed like a big hassle. The body wash and shampoo provided lasted barely one shower and when I requested more they said no, same applies to some milk for my tea, I just needed a tiny bit more until I could make it to the shops and they said no it wasn’t their responsibility. The separate buildings all had different pools and you weren’t allowed to use the other pools, even though my friends that I was there to holiday with were allocated the better pool. My garden wing had a tiny and very disappointing pool, and my room was overlooking a trailer park - definitely didn’t overlook a garden! One of the elevators fell 3 floors with me in it, then went up a floor, and fell again. It was terrifying. And when I told staff they didn’t even apologise. Walked up the stairs past all the garbage chutes for the rest of my stay. Would not recommend. Hugely disappointing - especially for the price. For $350 a night you expect a lot more! The staff were grumpy and just checking in felt like a huge effort for them. Won’t be returning.

Amazing location and so well set up. More like staying in a home than a hotel. The views are spectacular. Can’t wait to return.

The view from the room was amazing and sitting on the balcony in the sun was great. However having to check out at 9.30am was not a nice way to end the holiday and also the noise from the upstairs apartment was annoying. Every time they moved a chair or walked we could hear it clearly. Also we could not lock our door to the balcony as it was corroded badly. We had to ask them to get the maintenance man to fix it even though they would have known this as the door was open when we arrived to let the air through.

Location is good and apartment was clean but my shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time I used it and the TV did not work at all on the first night and there was no one to contact about it. Ended up trying to contact through Instagram and she have not heard back a week later.

Great modern, spacious apartment overlooking the pool. Great for families. Close to Hastings St. and main beach. Supermarket close by.

This is our second time we have stayed at the Noosa Resort we love the view of the river from our room our bed was the best . So easy to walk to restaurants and shops . The manager Kerry was great making sure we had the apartment we were happy with . Looking forward to a return to this lovely resort.

The property was beautiful and the views where amazing. It seemed to be outfitted with most you would need. The only reason for not giving a 5 is a felt a bit like they tired to knickle and dine. $5 for a beach towel $3 to rent a dvd etc. Most places I have been these things are included. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and great local away from the busy main beach.

Great value for money in the Noosa area. Walking distance to Noosaville and Hastings street. We had a lovely view over the river mouth and the units were very comfortable for the price. Only minor problem was the noise in the early evening from the camp ground next door, especially around 7pm when I was putting my daughters to bed. But it was all quiet by 9pm.

Pleasant apartment no lift in 3 bed Garden Apartment which was not clear on booking and was a problem with 3 young children and an adult recovering from surgery. Overall pleasant, bathroom connects to master bed and only one bathroom so can be a bit tricky with a big group. Facilities are nice overall
