Great and affordable stay. There was an interesting smell coming into the room (maybe from the carpets) but the stay was very enjoyable and the beds very comfortable/clean. Highly recommend.

The property was a nice and quiet place to sleep. The only issue was I placed my reservation 3rd party, I booked a specific room with a lower price, when I checked in we was given a smaller room than I booked, because that other room was a "much more expensive priced room", I explained the room I booked on the other site a few times, she finally called the manager and was given permission to give the room I booked originally, "but you will have to pay more next time". If you book 3rd party, screenshot or print the picture of the room you booked.

Reasonable accommodation for a one night stay. Pool was well maintained.

Very clean room, super quiet, staff was very friendly and always working or cleaning something. Indian food truck in the parking lot was amazing.

Great basic place to stay. Quiet and comfy. On major road for quick access to area’s offerings, but tucked back a bit. A couple of electrical outlets were broken or wonky, but otherwise a fine place.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and linens. Older property where rooms have been somewhat updated. I would stay here again for the price, as a stop on my work trip.

Booked online and sent a message telling I will be arriving late (1am) When I called the day before they told me they would have canceled my reservation should i have not called and provided a credit card ! When I arrived, the front desk was closed and it took them 20 mn to come to the lobby.... at 1:30 am, 20 minutes is a lot

Room was OK. Smelled a little moldy, so it wasn't a fantastic experience. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Clean and Average, Basic Motel. Bathroom is the nicest part of the room. Front desk man dismissive and quite rude. If it wasn’t for him I would stay again. I prefer to spend my money on places where the people make me feel welcome. I had requested 1 queen , ended up getting 2 queen room he says don’t use one of the beds. Asked why I’m getting placed in 2 queen, no response, asked about availability for additional night, couldn’t understand or chose not to.

We stopped at the Cascade Lodge for one night in lovely Bend Oregon. It was very easy to check in and we were even allowed in our room early! Everything was very clean and well taken care of.

It was VERY neat and clean. Everything was wonderful.

Nice place

The room was better looking than the photo. The room was of good size and nicely decorated, the shower had beautiful tile. There was an outside pool but i didn't use it because it was too cold outside. There was a food truck serving Indian food out front. The food was delicious! I will definitely stay here again.

***CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALERT!*** DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! Booked this room through Expedia for one night. Selected Cascade Lodge as I was just passing through Bend for one night and went with the cheapest rate I could find. I reserved the room and chose the option to "pay at property". At approximately 9am the morning of check-in (not allowed until 2pm), I noticed two charges on my credit card. One for "Cascade Lodge Motel" for $20 MORE than the reservation, and another for "GDP*Service Charge by Hotel" for $25. I figured it was an error that would easily be corrected. Boy was I wrong. Upon arrival at the property, I asked about the charges. They very rudely told me that "We do not have your credit card information" and that "we can't even see how much you paid Expedia for the room". I tried to explain that I selected the "Pay at Property" option, but they rudely dismissed me. The motel itself was fine; exactly what you'd expect for a cheap motel. No complaints there. After the trip, I sent over 20 emails to Expedia trying to get the refund. I even called my bank multiple times to figure out where the mysterious "GDP*Service Charge by Hotel" charge was coming from. Finally, I got the $20 overcharge refunded by my bank, and Expedia finally informed me that the $25 extra charge was for a "pet fee". I don't have a pet. I finally got this refunded almost 2 months after my stay.

Decent place. Not very friendly staff

The room smells like sewage, mold & mildew. The staff have zero training in customer service. The women from front office continually walked back and forth from office to pool talking loudly on their phones w/speaker. I shut the door to block them out but the smell was too much! You get what you pay for.

Good value, clean, conveniently located

This is a solid place. We stayed for two days and besides a little of a wonky shower head it was exactly what I was hoping for. They have an Indian food cart on the premise which had wonderful food. Very convenient.

The check-in was unwelcoming, and the promised food services were not available. Front desk clerk could use some customer service training.

Got the job done, although I felt it was a little pricey Could have been caused by the concert in the amphitheater, not too far from the accommodations

Positive - Beautiful surroundings Negative - large, barking dog allowed to stay with a guest in an adjacent room - totally unacceptable to non-dog owner hotel guests. Also, the ‘breakfast’ included zero protein option. It would not be too expensive for the hotel to provide hard boiled eggs (at minimum) Also, there were tea packets, but no hot water. For a hotel with newspaper articles/stories framed on the wall, that feature such a fine legacy of past owners / operators, it is time to step up, and, at minimum, maintain an operation that honors those who built the legacy of quality service and food over many decades.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was great and glad to find a small dog friendly place to stay. Was able to go on a lot of walks and there were tons of places to eat nearby. Room was fine and met expectations.

Perfect size room with plenty of space for a large family.

You can do better! The grounds and room, although clean, are just barely average and the interior when remodeled, was not done professionally, so it was just barely adequate.

Looks like their starting to upgrade their rooms. Room was clean, but walls need to be wiped down.
