Excellent value for money. Very clean and staff were extremely helpful. It is in a great area. Short walk to all the main attractions. A great restaurant on the door step. La Mere Poule.

Hotel is close walking distance to the centre and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate.
Bedroom was large, well maintained and very comfortable. Separate toilet which is handy, but you have to then go into the bathroom to wash your hands. Bathroom was a good size, clean, with enough towels but the shower isn’t very efficient as the angle it is set on the wall, doesn’t allow for the water to rain down on you, otherwise everything was very good.

Lovely big, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The only thing that let it down were the small thin towels. Every hotel in France, it seems, is stingy with its towels!

Hotel is within walking distance of everything; the room was comfortable and clean. Parking in front of the hotel was fine. Breakfast was very busy so decided to walk in to town instead.

This is basic accommodation, no frills. Clean bath room, comfortable bed. No servicing of the room because of Covid but no problem for a 2 day stay. WiFi signal not strong in my room.

We loved our stay in this easy, well-located hotel. It’s nothing fancy but it’s perfect for a family stop-over. The rooms had everything we needed and were comfortable. The hotel’s location was just on the edge of the beautiful old city and a great base for site-seeing.

Grand old dame of a hotel. Very comfortable king bed. Large room large bath, no shower? Old fashion telephone shower. Nice dining room. Mishmash of decor making it almost retro.

This hotel was recommended in one of our guidebooks and it was just as described. Very quiet, clean and pleasant. A bit off the main area of attractions but all are easily walkable.

The hotel is nice.. Newer, clean and easy to find. The service was excellent!! A young lady from the reception area actually ran out before we left, since we had forgotten our cell phone charger.. I’m definitely going back!! The town is incredible.

A pleasant, air-conditioned room 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and less to city centre restaurants (enjoyed Louis XI - good steak). Breakfast fine.

First impressions, atter a long drive, were mixed - the appearance from the street was of a regular bar but, though we had to climb two flights of sairs with our bags, the room was neat in many senses. We were there for only one night and it served its purpose. The manager was very friendly and the street parking was fine.

Only nit is that the front desk controls the temperature of the room, that is to say, the AC controller in the room is overridden by the front desk, so you can adjust the temperature or fan speed without dealing with the front desk.I have never experienced this remote control before.Other than that, fine place to stay.

This hotel has been awful experience. Booked the hotel via Expedia. Took the money from my account. Whilst travelling through France, we booked this as we stopping through Bourges. In the morning as we were checking out, the reception staff said we hadn’t paid and it was a deposit that would come back. (Which never did) Paid another another $100 euro in cash. And the money we paid initially has never come back. After many phone calls whilst travelling overseas trying to get our travel money back. Had no luck. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind paying for a hotel TWICE!

A wonderful hotel. Staff were very friendly, spoke English and check-in was exceptionally quick. Lovely room; clean and reasonably spacious. Lots of free parking right outside the hotel. Very near to the centre of town (5 mins walk if that).
Would highly recommend and was perfect for our night stopover.

Good hotel, decent service, breakfast good. Close to city centre. Be warned that a lot of restaurants are closed on Sundays (especially in August) and so the few that are open are booked up very quickly, even the rubbish ones!

Small rooms, just okay wifi and rug on main floor - not sure how clean that can be....but great location (close to great shopping, restaurants and major sites) and bathroom was clean. No bed bugs, which is high on my list.
