The airport shuttle does not stop here for airport; we have to walk for 4 blocks to get shuttle with luggages! Shuttle will drop off at the airport only.

This hotel is not convenient at all. Far away from the Odori Park station and the signage is not clear inside the subway. Hotel staff is not very friendly and the hotel map is not in scale😂😂. Besides, the bathroom ventilation is poor and you would easily find mole in the bathroom.

Very classic old Japanese style hotel, the breakfast was amazing buffet and reasonable price. But it is still far from station and not easy to access to other places in Sapporo, comparing with other hotels that are close to JR station or downtown (still you can walk like 10-15 minutes to there, but if it is raining or snowing days, it will be hard).

Had a very comfortable stay in the renovated north part of the hotel. The room is newly renovated with high ceiling big window overlooking odori park with comfortable beddings. Quiet room with quiet and safe neighborhood. Many carpark spaces and convenient parking to lift to the lobby and rooms. Front desk staff speak little English but friendly and quick check in. 11am check out time overall good price we paid for such nice stay! Recommend!

The location is right along odori Park & Nishi Juitchome subway exit 3, walk 5 mins to hotel. The room is spacious, clean & comfortable. The price is good value.

Chose right time to there since Odori Park located 30 seconds walk from the View had a Food and Wine Festival. 8 different ramen vendors plus over 25 various types. The pizza line was the busiest, wines vendors were busy making bank. Room was nice great view of Park. Older hotel but very comfortable lots of space. We paid $140 for 2 nights what a steal.

Staff was not fluent in English, but they definitely tried their hardest to help whenever I needed. Close to Odori park, lots of bus stations, a major train station, and the tram line which we used almost everyday

Room we booked was disappointing small for 2pax. 150sqft . Had to pay additional ¥3K (¥27K total) to a bigger room. In their TV video it’s a single room which was not made known when we viewed in your ad. Overall no complimentary water, no coffee, no control of aircon and room very dusty and we had rashes after 3/4 night. Adviced notice given not to open window due to many insects outside. Average location and nothing to shout about.

Location is excellent for subway, street car and walking distance or short ride to Sapporo Station. It made sightseeing convenient and easy with the use of Google maps. The Sapporo snow festival is right across the street and the ice carving festival was just a short street car ride or 15 minute easy walk away. Daily breakfast buffet has so many delicious choices that I would sample everything and be stuffed most of the day.
Definitely staying here again.

It wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great. Location is fantastic for Sapporo snow festival. Staff were not terribly helpful - normally every hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan have helped ship our luggage to next destination- here the staff were unwilling to help. Heating/cooling in room was a myth so we were perpetually that little bit too warm.

Very quiet area with the best breakfast buffet I've had in Japan. Huge hotel with very comfy beds. Only complaint is its a few blocks away from the main shopping and food areas.

Great hotel, great location right on Odori Park, walking distance to many tourist areas and attractions. The subway line is only a couple of blocks and the tram only one block back. The room was amazing, only a small issue with the lounge futon bed which was very uncomfortable, however after asking for another fold out bed as a replacement it was fixed straight away. The buffet breakfast is a bit repetitive but nice enough. Internet was amazing, I would stay at this hotel again.

It was good experience to stay at this hotel as it’s situated centrally at Odori park and easy to commute all the places by walk and easy approach to airport and Sapporo station. A lot of restaurants and bars are in the vicinity of this hotel and good view from the back side

The hotel is clean, though our room was somewhat smelly. The rooms are large. They ask you to pick up any amenities you need near the reception, even though most of them are also in the room.
Breakfast was mostly Japanese fare. It would have been nice to have more fruit and vegetables.
