This was a last minute stay for a couple of nights, and I booked because of price and location to my friends house, not expecting much.
The apartment was huge, but very dated, however the bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were a nice high thread count. Reception staff were lovely and so helpful. I’ve already booked to stay again in March.
Despite it being dated, all I need is a good shower, a comfy bed and basic kitchen, which is what I got.

I was staying there during the Coronavirus lock down. They were well organised, providing me with replacement towels etc, but not entering my apartment. As usual, they happily allowed me to stay in my preferred apartment. I have stayed here, at this time of year, since 2012.

We went and stayed in January. Weather was great although a bit windy but with heat it did felt rather comfortable. The hotel apartament was extremely spacious as we went for one bed flat and had private tarace as well.
Its very clean and house keeping is coming every secind day . We havent use the restaurant but there was few people in it so i assume its ok. Its perfect for stay with kids and only 8 min walk from aqua park .
Internet is around 27e. a weekfor 2 devices if you want to have wifi in a room and washing machine talkens are 4.5e. Per wash. If you want remote for tv you need to pay extra . And safe in a room cost 10e . Plus deposit.

Had a very relaxed holiday. The hotel was basic as expected but still a very enjoyable place to stay. The staff were friendly, food was cheap, drinks too.

The room was rather dated, especially the bathroom and the sofa which was pretty much impossible to sit on as its so uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable and the poll areas were nice. The main issue we had was cockroaches in the kitchen area which nothing was being done about. Overall, done for what we paid (£88pp including flights, 6night), but would be annoyed if we had paid much more

Enjoyed our stay in costa Teguise.Big roomy apartments, except second bedroom which is a single.Nice pool, handy for centre, although we had a car and easy access to all areas in Lanzarote.

Good location to explore Costa Teguise, located on a quiet street 7 minutes walk from the sea front. We would visit again as a good base to go cycling.

Quiet location, removed from noise of central costa teguise but within easy reach at the same time. Great for young children. Wireless Internet Quality not great as kept dropping. Overall, a great hotel in a great location for a good price. I would stay here again.

Great apartament, good size, comfortable, clean, highly recommended, the only let down is that it is a bit far from the centre of town and beach, but i cant say anythng bad about the resort. stuff friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a great place, staff was friendly, room was clean, only thing I didn't like was the bed sheets.. I like my bed clean, my only complaint,over all environment was peaceful.:) thanx.

staff very friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, offered to make meals anytime, always available for all our needs.free bus unreliable but we were offered a taxi when it failed to show up. breakfast freshly made either english or continental. spacious room with kitchen and lounge, large bathroom with great shower. patio area with room for 2 sunbeds and dining table and chairs.easy access to pool area, bar and dining room.needless to say we will be going back. muchos gracias. a bargain!

Unbeatable value for money. However, the quality of the beds was very poor.

Good place for the price. Nice location although a bit far from main places. Kitchen utensils are very limited for a self catering. Swimming pool was always with cold water which is a bit of disappointment otherwise it is a good place o stay.

Large room, well equipped kitchen area BUT no heating and a lot of noise from upstairs. We went to bed with our coats on to try and stay warm.
Room was very clean and the staff were very helpful but the hotel was a long walk from the town centre. It would be OK if you had a rental car.
