Have always liked staying at this property....at the airport and close to the bus terminal. However, I have started looking at other options because this place is getting expensive.

Because we never made it to the hotel, Aeromexico cancelled our flight with no notice and we have to rebook to American Airline and the flight available was past the supposed check out time at Courtyard. When we discovered the aaeromexico flight cancellation, it was past Courtyard’s cancellation window so we paid for a room we never saw or used so we have no rating for the Courtyard.

The service to support our two night unexpected stay due to missed flights was incredible

Hotel system was down and I was charged for a room that was already prepaid. As of 6-23-24, I am still waiting for a refund that I calle the property about multiple times about. I was told on the last call that an email would be sent out to me about my refund status and I have yet to receive that email.
Also, WiFi was not working due to their system being down.
This was a bad stay compared to the numerous other times that I stayed at this hotel. Usually, everything is excellent.

The hotel is under renovation and that is not a problem.
Normally, the service has been very nice and the rooms remain the same as of a good size, very clean, and as good as it was 10 years ago.
When in my room, i realizes that the safety box was broken and the refrigerator was not working. Next morning, I went to the front desk to let them know about the issues. in the evening. the safety box was replaced. However the fridge was not. Went back to the front desk to inform about it and they said "we will check". A few minutes later, I realized that they didn;t ask for the room number and this being my third day and on my way out to the next destination there is still no fridge. Perhaps, with the remodeling, they should take the opportunity to retrain their management. It is a good hotel!!!

The fact that you can just walk from the airport to the property makes it extremely valuable. Easy to access and perfect for early morning check-in for a flight. The breakfast was delicious with a chef to cook your eggs if you so desired. For an overnight stay, this is the place I would recommend.
