The environment and the decoration are excellent.
We have decent buffet in Mauri restaurant, how do you recommend to try the seafood scallop, pizza and the steak from Hokkaido.
The Onsen (hot spring) provide a relaxing environment, prefect temperature, clean and tidy place.
The room is not very big, but very user friendly. We stay in a Mix Japanese style room

Room is spacious though facilities in room is just up to standard. Other than the room all other facilities and decorations in hotel are all great, especially food in buffer dinner and breakfast. Excellent taste and presentation.

We stayed at the Tsuruga resort and Shikotsu and thought the brand should provide us with assurance that it will be a nice stay. We were not proven wrong. The environment was fantastic and the food was great (half board). However this is an older property and thus not as modern looking as the one at Shikotsu. I am sure to check out other Tsuruga resorts on the island.

A very cozy and comfortable hotel.
Dinner included was in buffet style, however, it was delicious with both Japanese and western style.

It was an amazing stay at MorinoUta. We chose buffet at dinner but it was one of the best buffets ever. Atmosphere and facilities are also great. I definitely visit there again. This hotel was an excellent value for money.

We stayed for 1 night. I left a dress in the closet so I contacted by email. They said that they had no policy for international delivery service. Also the email was very rude. I would not recommend this hotel because of the service after leaving. The dinner was terrible also.

This onsen hotel is a bit dated, but all facilities are clean. Room was bigger than other rooms from cities. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice onsen hotel. the room we stayed was a bit dated. Buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. There is toasted marshmallow and live harp performance in the evening.

Service: Mr. Takeyama at the front gate was really nice and came down to help us move the bag in the snow when we were coming in. Ms. Minoshima at the front desk was friendly, spoke good English, and was clear when we had any questions.
Food: The buffet restaurant was much better than I expected. My family also enjoyed different kinds of menu during the stay.
Onsen & Lobby: The outdoor onsen was an interesting experience, and recommend trying it. My child especially enjoyed the marshmallow time at the lobby.
Room: Deluxe Japanese & Western style Room was very clean with a good view. They also prepared a robe for each of my family with a different size.

Excellent food and service, we spent a quality holiday with family during the Chinese New Year. Definitely check out the street by the river, highly recommended!
