Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast very varied.
Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel.
Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine.
Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights.
Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building.

No swimming pool but online mentioned there is. No slipper, no toothbrush, toothpaste, no hand wash was in the room. Overall it was disappointing….

Misleading. The room was small, but fine. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint, however a big one, is that we chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. What they didn’t mention was that not only was it not included with the price, but the cost is 70€ PER HOUR! We were very disappointed for that reason. If we had known, we would have chosen one of the many other hotels in the area.

Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel.

Absolutely not worth the price. The staff is very cold (not a hello or good morning). When we arrived the room was full of hairs, we had to request to re-clean the room. I would give it a 3-stars maximum. Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it strongly through the walls. Breakfast very average. Easy access to the sea.

Staff friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room with well-appointed bathroom and nice balcony.Good breakfast with lots of choice. Disappointed that the restaurant was only open on one of the three nights we were there as the meal we had was excellent.

Exactly what we needed comfort, relaxations and good food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was very welcoming,and eager to assist. When our group left hotel early every morning staff opened breakfast buffet just for us!

Spa fully booked and very expensive, restaurant and bar closed on day of our stay. parking was €10. Not worth the money at all.

Excelent hotel who gave us a free room upgrade.. Breakfast was firstrate and on one evening we ate in the hotel restaraunt and it was the best meal of the stay. The only negative was the expensive WiFi.

The hotel was overall very good, just the drab decor in the hallways and our room - also no tea or coffe facilitys.

The Breakfast doesn't start till 8am.The Bar and Restaurant is closed Mon to Thursday. Overall more like self catering than a hotel.
