Location only, Expedia never confirmed our reservation. There was no record of our 11 day stay ny the manager. There was no registrstion card in our names. We were "allowed to stay" in two dirty hallways and rooms upon hour 13 hours of travel. There were dirty toliets and showers we had to clean to use, borh leaked water all over the floor. We moved to another hotel and paid more money for our visit to Israel. Expedia DID NOT make good on our hotel accomodations.

No staff to attend, very impolite people I will not recommend this plaice to anyone traveling have bed bugs an cucarachas in the room no parking place for vehicles no one to assist no elevator only a phone number to call if you are lucky for some one to answer

Great location and nice restaurant space. Breakfast was good.
Room was a little smaller than expected but sufficient. We didn't really have any needs that weren't met though the few times we had questions there wasn't any hotel specific staff we could identify. The restaurant staff were helpful. Hotel staff were reachable and responsive via phone and text. I would stay here again.

There is NO RECEPTION. You have to call a phone number for anything including check in. They don't always answer and and slow to respond if they respond at all. WhatsApp texting doesn't work, they just have an automated response but never actually do anything you message. The location is amazing though but the actual hotel is pretty bad. The rooms are not very clean either.

Very clean, friendly stuff, great food. The only problem was every time you take shower the entire bathroom was flooded and there's no drain for water to go to,so you need to dry the floor yourself.

Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 5:30pm. It was extremely dirty. We ended up not even staying it was so bad.

No one there to check me in! I messaged the hotel to tell them that I would not arrive until after midnight, the hotel acknowledged my request. However, there was no one there to check me in, and the hotel had not advised me of security code for the outer door. The hotel has no reception but is linked to a restaurant. Apparently there is only someone to check you in from 3pm to 7pm!!
Also breakfast starts at 9am so useless for early starts, so paid for breakfasts but could not have them
Very poor service. I was also booked in for a one night stay at the end of my holiday. I called the hotel number and sibeone said they would come in 10 minutes to check me in early at 2.30pm given my previous issues. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for the person and then there were issues with the room that delayed me further
A very poor experience and would not recommend

Overall a very disappointing stay. The only positive about it is the great location on the Tel Aviv promenade. The room was in a bed condition with toilet tank leaking and making noise, bed stand lamp not working, air conditioner was lacking a remote control and thus not working (had to fix the issue myself). Feels like the hotel is neglected. It is also quite noisy from the restaurant located in the same building.

Reception is manned for a couple of hours a day. I arrived late so was given a code and my room keys left at Reception, which was fine.
In the morning I found a cockroach in my room! I had to leave for meetings so had limited time. The staff at the restaurant indicated that they are not part of the hotel and had nothing to do with the hotel. There was no one at reception to talk to....... It is a long and painful story and I plan to respond directly to the Hotel. It was not a good experience.

I did Online Check-in only to be surprised with a fully booked hotel. We ended up in a hotel 10 minute walk away called White House Hotel, which is pretty hard to locate, no reception desk, no one cleaned the room in our 4 night stay, no new towels, no additional shower gel/ soap. I paid for a hotel near the beach, only to be transferred to one which has a lot lesser value.

The situation is more than terrible.
I booked my room for 3 nights and even made an online check-in before arrival at the property. Despite all processes, they sold my room and did not even explain the situation. I received a call from a hotel representative who asked me to walk for 10 minutes and reach another property which is located on Hayarkon street 136. The building conditions are in a disaster situation and it was horrible.
My room was completely different from that I booked as may see in the pictures difference.
The shower is broken, the toilet is cracked, lamps do not light properly.
And yes, I tried to contact Hotels.com to resolve my problem and was waiting in line for more than 60 minutes. However, they do not care about you if you already paid. Just FYI

The hotel is closed. Guests are transferred to another hotel of the chain Gordon beach. We made reservation with breakfast but Gordon beach doesn’t serve anything , restaurant is closed there. We were sent to TLV 88’s restaurant, breakfast was offered to us at 9:30.
We had reservation for triple room, but at first we were given double room, which they changed to suite but there was no linens for third person, and we noticed that when we came back to room late in the evening. Room view was amazing!Room design was nice too, but hotel overall was not very clean and needs renovation.
In general making reservations to a closed hotel should not be allowed.

Arrived early after flight and was greeted by super friendly staff. Room was clean with comfy bed and had everything needed. Great location! Close to beach. Awesome breakfast and little restaurants. Was nice to stay somewhere original instead of chain hotels. Thanks for everything!

Perfect for couples understand older B&B style (but with hotel privacy) European hotels. Partly remodeled with double pane windows, remodeled bathroom and AC - thank goodness, the hotel retains an old charm, including one of the few remaining 70-years old views of the sea, even from the 2nd floor, not obstructed by sky-rises. The bathroom inside key - keep it in there! -- reflects the authenticity of the stay.
It is one of the few remaining older style, that still enjoys a view of the sea. The walk up the coast for shops, and parks is wonderful. It is also near residential and other shopping streets, so overall it is quiet. Getting a taxi was easy. Breakfast is excellent, as is an outstanding dinner - which we decided to eat there a few times and were not disappointed.
The one downside, and this is a small one, for those who are taking tours and have to be out-the-door by 7:00 - they can't offer breakfast earlier. If you ask, you can get a baguette tuna sandwich for the road.
For those who want modern (or need one - it has no elevator), and "4 Seasons Hotel" modern style - want steak for dinner, and a buffet breakfast, and royalty treatment, this is not your cup of tea. But, if you want to immerse yourself into Tel Aviv, meet the locals (and a few movie stars who we saw eating downstairs), then I suggest you pass on wanting a lobby, buffet breakfast and try this great local hotel.

First, good thing - great location, no doubts. 2 minute walk to Bograsov beach, lots of restaurants around and the staff that was generally very pleasing. Now the bad stuff - hotel is in terrible condition, no elevator, quite run down. My first room given to me was so bad, i couldn't stay in it - first floor windows couldn't be securely closed... Temporary room I got for 1 night was so small there was no space left around the bed. I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. finally i was given a room on the 3rd floor, which was a good size but the condition was really bad: peeling wallpapers, shower doors hanging off the wall on hinges that are exposed, paint is all over the white wood work, like a kid would do, not a professional painter. Bathrooms are generally in bad conditions, headboards have plenty of nail scratches on them, some are not very nice, pillows are about 10 years old and completely flat. Look at the pictures and judge for yourselves. Breakfast was generally good, but not worth $18. I don't know where all these great reviews were coming from, possibly from those who didn't know better. My verdict - if you wish to overlook all of those things that make hotel stay acceptable, this is the place for you only because of the location. Otherwise, spend more and stop worrying about the rest.
