Hotel staff is good. The breakfast buffet was also great. The hotel elevators are pretty tiny so you often have to wait for it go by and try again, only really holds like 3-4 people if they have any bags. The WiFi was kind of hit and miss and at times was unbearably slow but most of the time was fine.

Great service. The checkin counter could have more staff to accommodate arriving guests.

Black mold in the shower. Water temperature cycles from cold to very hot. The breakfast buffet was the absolute worst I've had.

Property is in a great location, very convenient to shopping and the airport. Property is a little dated and can use some pest control services. Multiple bug sightings in the room.

Compared with last time visiting in May, more staff check-in desk and staff to help. Breakfast buffet also arranged more table and staff to clean but still less choices of food. Good that this is one of the hotel listening customers comments. Hope more improvements will come.

The staff is amazing. Clean. Accessible to the airport and I was informed that there’s a free shuttle bus to Terminal 3 but I was not able to avail of it since a friend of ours offered pick us up to the airport. Food is good but with limited choices. Bathroom though small, is tidy.

The window had a gap between the building and the window moulding so the traffic noise was terrible in the room we stayed in not worth staying there even for free

Excellent staffs and good services.
Not so happy with the room and bathroom smells foul odors. Very unpleasant although housekeeping quickly tried to resolve the bad smell but the bad smell remains. Air fresheners doesn’t work.

Thiscis my second time staying here and it doesnt disaapoint. Walking distance, nearby mall and food stores. Wifi is consistent. Breakfast is good. Lots of options. If you have problem, they try to fix it right away. The laundry room is very convenient in the second floor and theres also gym. Near the international airport.

Room was dusty. Carpet are worn out and dirty. Staff are unfriendly. Most made us feel we are a bother. Breakfast was mediocre. Most food are cold. No staff visible in the dining room. The two staff that were there were busy bussing tables and not very helpful. No staff smiled including the front desk.
