This is a great resort. The staff arr amazing and the food is wonderful. Just a great place to relax and unwind from the rest of the world.

Excellent stay at the border of Naithon beach (NW Phuket). We went in May 2024, so low season, between the hot and the rainy season (with a bit of both). The beach itself is so-so (yellow sand, no shades, no seats or umbrellas, some washed-up plastics (like everywhere), some dead jellyfish. But it is quiet (max 40 people on the beach), with nice waves. The short of it is that we did not spend much time on the beach, but all the more in the hotel. And the hotel was fantastic. Huge room (grand ocean view), extensive and delicious breakfast, good food in the restaurants, friendly and helpful staff etc etc. It is a bit expensive, but you get the quality in return. A few practical things: - the hotel is largely built as separate "houses" with several rooms on a hill. This means you need to walk up and down. There are also free and frequent "buggies" to take you between your room and elsewhere in the property. - The pictures show rooms with open view over the sea. That may be the case in some rooms, but where we were, there was a large tree in front of the window. We could still see the beach and the sea, but not in frontal view. But the tree was so beautiful we did not mind. - The room even had nespresso (with free capsules) - Beautiful swimming pool, which was extremely clean. In short: if you book here, you will not regret!

It feels more like a commercial resort than a cozy resort. We didn’t feel like we were valued guests but rather another guest. Kids club was nice and people in the club were friendly. Breakfast was good. Cocktails were disappointing big time! I found the restaurant prices to be too high for what you get. We couldn’t make sense of the Mexican themed bar at the adults pool.

In house transportation needs to improve especially for the night time service. Waiting time too long

Property was tiered towards ocean views. The staff was excellent and it's the first time I've seen the property director so involved with daily routines. The breakfast and meals are excellent. We will stay at Pullman another time.

Modern, clean and comfortable room. Good quality and variety of breakfast. Large and beautiful grounds. Quiet and nice beach access.

Amazing hotel in north phuket. Big beautiful hotel room, pool area and good breakfast. Great location. Pool table👍 well equipped gym. There was quite a lot of families and kids playing at the pool - we didnt mind it much but definitely more kids than in the other lux hotels we were in. Food by the pool was bit overpriced for the quality. Little minus as well that we had ocean view room but the ocean wasnt showing that much.

I wish I could give a 6-star review because this resort was the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen! The view of the ocean and the pools is so relaxing and peaceful— just what we wanted for our vacation. I like that this is in a quieter area of Phuket and not in the busy touristy areas like Patong beach.

Stunning, the buffet breakfast is world class with every food type and a juice bar where you pick your ingredients and bring it to the juice person. . The rooms are stunning, beds are amazing, the pools and view are stunning. I would stay here forever.

This property is a five star and above the staff was amazing they give you rides around the property and their little cars. The breakfast was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This exceeded all my expectations. Hotel was beautiful, breakfast was great and varied with both Asian and western options. Only 10-15 mins from the airport. The best thing for us was the location next to Naithon Beach. The beach is clean, has good food options and clear waters. Great for families looking to relax. Would definitely come again.

The hotel in itself is quite nice. But that’s where it stops. The hotel is constantly looking for ways to one up the customers. 1. We booked in the ocean view room and were given a very partial ocean view room. Had to ask them to give us the right room time and had to wait till 5pm for checking in. Major red flag when a hotel gives you a wrong room type 2. Gave us a free drink voucher to use but at the bar they refused it to use at first. Also made us feel bad for using a voucher that they gave 3. Charged us ~ £10 for a bottle of water at the restaurant when we just asked for normal water 4. Overall service seems very superficial & I hate to say this but it’s hard to communicate with them in English. Not expected from a premium 5 star place.

4 stars, but not 5. Part of the rooms are in very high hills, and you cannot walk freely by yourself, you keed to order hotelride. Other rooms are at the main building. My room smell bad, and propety in that part was quite poor. Lobby, swimming ppol and breakfast are nice. From the pool there is access to beach, but stairs are dangerous to climb up and down cause it is very high where you come down. Staff at breakfast is nice and helpful, also cleaners and drivers are very nice. But staff at reception and where you the drive to room and order taxi, are not polite and helpful at all. They should be cause that is what you see first but they were quite rude. Hotel manager and other manager where helpimg at the breakfast place which was quite nice to see. They were one person who the whole hotel was serving nicely and looked outside quite funny. Expedia hotelrrservations and website sees much more people’s opinions that loyalmembers sites, so i feel that even expedia gold members are not served well in this hotel even they really travel a lot. Also that i am also in the tourist and hospitality field for 20 years, i felt uncomfortable here because of the staffs attitude. This hotel could have nice access to be luxury hotel but it is not. Beach is dirty also, and restaurants cheat, especially when they think you might be a russian cause they don nit speak or read any english or thai, so you have to be very careful with your bills. Attitude has changed a lot in Phuket.

The open lobby feels like a tropical paradise, with a sweeping view of the ocean. This is the first impression, greeted by welcoming front desk staff whose goal seems to be making your stay absolutely perfect. The room was so nice — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and totally cozy — I could have easily never left! Nice touches big and small, like having a walk-in closet and a vestibule for food delivery, lovely bath products, nice ceramic tea mugs. But the beautiful infinity pool awaits… there were chaises all around, always fresh towels and cold water available, and food and drink menus and a pool waiter very on top of order-taking. Again I would like to mention how nice my interactions were with the staff — the pool towel guys and gal, the shuttle driver, the young woman who expedited the shuttles — they were so friendly and doing a fantastic job. It was a well-oiled machine so that I as a guest could just have a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The only thing I could see room for improvement was the breakfast. The buffet looks impressive, but I would be happier to have a smaller selection of better tasting foods.

Lovely resort.

This property is one of the best stay I was at while on a Phuket trip. I have been hoping around all of Phuket and Hands down this one has been my favorite. It has everything you can possibly need. Beachfront and too ocean view. It’s decorated beautifully and had the best staff on the resort. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to the airport and not far from amenities you will enjoy.
