Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Lots of shopping and food choices nearby. Hotel Staff are extremely helpful and very courteous. Would come back when I return to Seoul next time:

Good location walking distance to a lot of places

Our room was a double/queen and a twin bed. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 3. The hotel offers precheck-in luggage storage. The only issue to watch out for is the removable shower head doesn't point down and it sprays on the far wall if pointed straight ahead and water flows out of the shower area. This was remedied by pointing the shower head toward the side wall and turning the pressure down a bit. Again, this was a great place to stay!

Great location. The room was very small, and the beds were small, too. But great locations and fun.

The location is superb (in the Myeongdong night market) and walkable from the nearest subway and bus stops, including most tour pickups. Staff were very polite and welcoming each time we walked in through the lobby. We had a triple room which felt just the right size. Beds were a little hard for my liking, but after long days of travel and touring we had no trouble falling asleep. Felt safe with key cards needed to use the elevators and room doors. I would stay here again.

Very clean hotel… everything is close by…

We were given 3 princess rooms. Room was big enough to open our luggages. Location was great, we could walk easily to the subway and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping around. We could walk easily to the airport limousine bus stop. Will recommend.

Very very small room but it was clean. Good location and enough dining choices.

This hotel should be ashamed for claiming to be a 3.5 star hotel and offering such terrible standard rooms that don’t even qualify for 3 stars. The room was more like a low budget motel quality by American standards. Cramped room and in bad need of upgrades/ renovation. Since the stay was non-refundable, we couldn’t change hotels and ended up paying more for an upgraded room. If you’re going to stay here, definitely recommend paying more for one of their more expensive deluxe rooms. But would just avoid this hotel altogether.

Overall, the room was good with just a few small exceptions... Disappointed a bit at the small size of refrigerator - really only big enough for 4 or 5 500 ml bottles of water and nothing else. No microwave either in room or on floor. Shower head mount could be at an angle to allow for hands-free use, thus had to hold shower head all the time when showering. Again, not major issues, but things for hotel to consider for possible improvement. Parking expensive (and limited) overall, so factor into your overall cost/budget.

If you want a low key quiet hotel this is probably not the place. There were tour groups checking in and out every 2 days making the hallways noisy. There was also nowhere to set your luggage but on the floor. Nor was there ANY counter space in the bathroom. Also take heed, there were ZERO usb plugs in the rooms. So if your cell phone died, too bad. I brought a separate “voltage step down” which allowed for everybody’s gadgets to be plugged in and charged thank God!! But if you want a super super convenient hotel that whose front door plops you out where all the shopping and food is and is walkable to all tourist areas, this hotel is probably for you!
