Amazing view from room, winding streets to old town but close to beach. Great access to private beach. Really helpful and great communication throughout.

Reservation on a private section of the beach with umbrella and lounge chairs is included. The room was a well equipped studio apartment with a lofted bed. Though the furnishings are dated, the room was immaculately clean!! Be ready to climb stairs to reach the hotel/ your room. Staff will help with transporting your luggage if you need it.

Comfortable apartments with beautiful views. The staff is super nice and helpful. Make sure you hit the gym, putting in the time on the stairmaster before your trip, because this city is quite the climb. We loved our stay here.

We had a great stay, the hotel was perfect for us (traveling with two small children) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided a free baby crib that was all set up and ready to go upon arrival. I definitely recommend!

Weather was excellent. Restaurant choice both in the old town and by the beach were first class. Beach area was in great condition. Locals were helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel, excellent value for money. Great service. Not easy to arrive to with heavy bags, if with no car or taxi.

Really charming hotel with a stunning view. Sperlonga is a fantastic historic City with great beaches and Florenza Residence makes your stay unforgettable. It's more like an appartment than a hotel which is great if you like to cook during your holiday.

This place is amazing. Lots of stairs to climb, because that's how the town is set up, but the "room" is really more like a well-appointed studio apartment. Staff was awesome as we didn't get into town until 2am, but he woke up and met us in the town square, showed us where to park and helped us up the stairs and hills to our room. Beach is beautiful with clear water and great food everywhere. Great experience.

This is a fantastic hotel for location, scenery, service, cleanliness. Reliable internet access is available in the reception area. Be prepared to climb with your luggage, the hotel is not vehicle accessible. The stairs/ladder to the loft bedroom could pose a challenge for some. We can't wait to go back!
