It was a very pleasant stay. Everything i rate at 5 star except for that one time when we checked in at 10pm there was noone at the concierge to take our luggage and we had 5 big ones. But everything else was great. I would definitely come back

The Intercontinental is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenagers) and so booked the 2 bedroom residence. Everything - room, hotel amenities, comfort, cleanliness and service was absolutely amazing. The residence was spacious, comfortable and offered fantastic views. Breakfast was so good offering a wide array of food choices. All staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is connected to Ōsaka station via a walkway through the massive Grand Front Ōsaka shopping mall, which made travel connections incredibly easy either via JR or the Ōsaka Metro. Our stay was a true highlight of the trip.

In general, everything was great. Unfortunately, many Koreans visited and seemed to lack consideration for Koreans. For example, there was no Korean food in the room service

Absolutely impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are amazing and the hotel is beyond 4 stars. Traveled the world and my wife and I both were very impressed with our stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and I wished it were longer. Food was also amazing. Other hotels could take note the shear professionalism of the staff. Each member of the staff went out of their way for the guests. Rooms were perfect and very comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend staying here! Worth every penny.

Great location. Very good breakfast options for vegetarians - breakfast items are labelled. The restaurant also had very good food for vegetarians/vegans. Amazing pool and gym. Cocktails could have been slightly better but that is very minor!

It's not enough lighting in the room. Too dark at night. If we have more options to control the level of lighting, it would be prefect. Feel uncomfortable for not enough lighting but except that, everything prefect, especially the breakfast

the staff were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was also good being connected to Osaka Station. I saved one star because the room condition and decor are getting old and not on-par with other hotels of this caliber.

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, in any price range. The room was immaculate, the facilities were impressive, but the service - absolutely impeccable. The staff made our trip SO enjoyable, that we are already looking forward to our next trip to Osaka, and wouldn’t even consider booking anywhere else.

Visited Japan many times but this was my first time in Osaka. The Intercontinental Osaka turned out to be my favourite place I have ever stayed in Japan and also throughout the world.
It's newer then most Hotels so it's very modern with well planned room features that just make sense when you are experiencing your visit.
The staff are amazing, attentive and very friendly. All staff at 5* hotels especially in Japan are friendly but IHG's hospitality actually seems genuine and wholesome as apposed to a business transaction in most other hotels I've visited.

We had a wonderful stay at the intercontinental Osaka. Mr Wynn Williams was super helpful in arranging a packaging service to send our souvenirs back to the US. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We also loved the gym and onsen. Only sticky situation was due to the man staffing the onsen only spoke Japanese and I noticed on multiple occasions there ware a language barrier when westerners had questions about the various customs of using slippers in the locker (and where to take them off) how to store clothes in locker, etc. I had difficulty asking him where the bathrooms were but after playing charades, we figured it out :) I would recommend this hotel without any qualms. Thanks again for an incredible stay!
