Lovely hotel
Staff were friendly and attentive however the room wasn’t prepared with the correct bedding or towels. This was quickly rectified.
The hotel has a dark mood which completely suits its style

Not quite what I’m used too as in room ambience very dark moody hotel. Service is wonderful we complained about our room being noisy and they were quick to change us to an atrium room which feels very dungeon like but we slept well.such a shame as the view of the lake was amazing in other room but right on busy highway. I did ask to be away from highway in my check in notes, but alas not heard.
Had a few issues with our tv but they came and fixed it and brought us lattes for our trouble. I have never been to a hotel where they actually follow through with your complaints and try very hard to fix. Even a quirky card and bottle of champagne in our room to say sorry for all the troubles we were having. Free candy at check in was quirky and was great to munch on for dessert. Didn’t try the vegetarian restaurant for dinner but had guacamole at the bar which was amazing. All in all I think most people would enjoy this hotel but it’s not for me I do prefer rooms with a view that are not noisy.

This was a return trip & it was disappointing. The usual Ovolo experience wasn’t there. Check-in was very lacklustre with no information & just passed a key. Not even instructions on which side of the hotel our rooms were on so we knew which elevator to go to. Breakfast has gone down hill in quality and choice, and the room smelt musty & mouldy. A big drop in standard since our last visit. We won’t book there again.

Ovolo Nishi offers well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and attractive decor. Unfortunately the Original Sun room I was allocated was just above a highway and noisy for all but 5 hours, impacting my sleep quality. Coffee and teas provided, and room service available. There is a restaurant in the building.

It was nice but I expected more. The bed was very uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast wasn’t that great. And I found some of the staff not that friendly.
The gentlemen who checked me out was lovely.

Overall a great property. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are wonderful. Only suggestions for improvement would be removal of rubbish during the room clean and perhaps better options for those seeking more than vegetarian food (as the onsite restaurant is vegetarian)

Love staying here for the quiet rooms and styling. Some elements are getting a little tired and stay seemed a little unsure off themselves at times. Love the free mini bar but missed bubbles on arrival that we've had before.

It's clean and well located but I wouldn't book it if you like natural light. I paid a little extra for what I thought would be a better room and ended up with an "Atrium Room" which put me below ground level looking out into the Atrium. This meant that even in the middle of the day my room was in near total darkness.

Room was average but had a good view. There was a problem with the light switches, the lights could not be turned off. The front desk staff came to our room to resolve the issue but were unable to and no one from maintenance was available. We had planned to sleep early because of a long day ahead of us so it was quite inconvenient to sleep with lights on. However, the reception staff was very helpful, they gave us another room where we moved all our stuff. Lost valuable time that we could have used to rest.
