From the check in to the check out, the staffs were very nice, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. The restaurant area is very clean and the food was excellent and delicious. The only place that I have eaten that doesn’t cause my stomach ache because the food is stored properly before cooking. I love this place even though the room is a little small. I will definitely staying here again if I am visiting Vientiane Laos again.

Our family stayed at the Ibis across three rooms. All rooms were meticulously cleaned and the staff were extremely friendly, patient and courteous to us. Their hospitality made our stay a lot more pleasant.
The location was also close to the amenities we needed, including the bank to exchange money and the confidence store (both less than 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Be sure to pack mosquito repellent - there are a lot outdoors and also around reception (not the hotel’s fault). Will happily return in the future should we find ourselves in Laos again.

The property located in the middle of the city. Easy to access to many places, food, night market. Staff is helpful. The room is rather small but as a budget hotel, I would say it is reasonable. The room is clean and what I also love is the towel is very clean, new and soft. Would recommend this place.

excellent breakfast buffet, wifi a bit weak, I could only access the wifi from my phone, not mini-pc. Room is well designed, but a bit small for two ppl with international luggage. working safe, great shower, lots of hot water. staff super friendly. no daily room service unless requested. No smoke smells from other rooms. I forget the room number. Nice view of city

Looks like a new or freshly renovated building. Not a luxury retreat but if cleanliness and location at a fair price matters to you than this place is on the spot. Good walking distance to Mekong side attractions. Very good and helpful staff. Next time I’m in the city I will definitely stay here again.

The bed has a problem that could be fixed...when you sit back and watch TV the mattress slips forward....you have to push it back on the base....as a gap appears behind when sitting....

Room was functional - a little small for 7 day stay. Fridge was a waste of time - could barely get a couple of bottles of water in. Back room was noisy during the day as was a workshop below, welding and hammering and cutting from time to time. Restaurant had trouble poaching eggs even after advising they could do that. Costs in Vientiane have reason considerably over the past couple of years, and infrastructure seems to have declined.

This is an extremely well located hotel. New, clean and comfortable as youd expect of am ibis hotel. What made this special was the delightful staff, always eager to please and so friendly.

I have bunked here 3 or 4 times, it is a good choice in Vientiane. The internet was good. I paid for breakfast, not included in my rate, and it was so-so. Over-priced! Location is good. Before leaving the manager quoted me a taxi price to the airport which seemed extremely expensive. When I departed it was easy to cop a taxi for at least $5 USD less - I was really surprised. I felt the manager was ripping me off! He should be helping people not sticking it to them! When in VTE, I will probably stay there again. Thank you.
