The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping did not service our room which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was terrible. The only thing I could eat was oatmeal. I gave celiac disease and no gluten free options. I asked for raisins or raisins for the oatmeal and they did not have any. Front desk was AMAZING very courteous and friendly. I was treated like a star.

Great stay. Property was clean and we felt safe. Room was clean. BUT AND A BIG BUT....the mattresses were AWFUL! Both queen mattresses were soft and totally worn out. The mattress me and my wife slept on was so flacid that it had a bend on the edge. When I pivoted to get outta the bed, the side just fell and I barely caught myself. After two nights of sleeping on this thing the return home was awful. My body ached and I had a muscle tension headache the whole day Sunday. Both my daughters complained that their mattress was not comfrtable at all.

We evacuated to Pensacola because of an approaching hurricane. The desk clerk was pleasant, efficient and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious. This hotel is in an area with other hotels. Multiple dining options and limited shopping options are within easy walking distance. Other options are a short drive away. An adequate breakfast is included with your stay and offered both hot and cold items. We would stay here again if in the area.

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. Beds weren’t the best but didn’t prevent us from crashing each night. Pool was great. Continental breakfast was good too.

When we arrived we were greated by friendly front desk staff and checked in an hour early. The faculties were clean, the room was clean and comfortably. I liked the fact that it had a desk, a couch, mini fridge and microwave. A walk in closet and the shower stall was nice with good hot water pressure. The only things that could use improvement is. Housekeeping never checkec on us, we had to call for towels and trash bags. The elevator began to get dirty and the same dirt and stains were on the floor for 3 days.
The free breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was free and the coffee was good. It includes turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, muffins, cereals, oatmeal,fruit and juice. I would stay here again if i was in the area.

Stayed one night on our road trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Walk-in shower was nice. My teens would have preferred access to a cot or rollaway so they didn’t have to share the sofa bed, but they survived. 😄 Not too far from the beaches and lots of places are conveniently nearby. I would stay here again.

The are of the hotel seems to be a safe area, uts not near thw beach, 20 min drive. Rooms are nice and clean.
The person abouve us sounded like a litte kid jumping around all the time making a bunch of banging noise from the ceiling. so room was not quiet until after 10pm.

The hotel staff is absolutely amazing! First when we arrived we had problems with our fridge and since my husband needed his insulin refrigerated we got moved to a different room. The morning of checking out we were leaving before breakfast and the very nice hotel receptionist and a sweet kitchen chef Marie made sure we got hot delicious breakfast sandwiches. Will stay there In a heartbeat again!
