Nice place. Right in town. Loved my balcony.

Pros: Service at check in was easy and staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable, room was acceptably clean, bedding was clean, and all the basic toiletries were provided.
Cons: Shower curtain was missing from bathroom. Sound proofing was somewhat poor. We could hear what sounded like people moving furniture in the room above us until around 2:30 a.m. The A/C unit took a long time to cool the room, so I’d suggest turning it on right when you show up if you want a cold room at night.
Overall it was good accommodation for the price. I would stay there again.

The cable didn’t work properly. It would get distorted and glitchy. Kind of annoying when trying to watch a shop and it wasn’t any better on other channels.

The stove didn’t work, they told me when I checked in, but didn’t give me any kind of discount. Rust and grime in the tub and toilet areas. AC wall unit was turned off when I got there. It said 90F so I has it on none stop all weekend see to 70F

Lets just say i believe the couple in the room above paid by the hour and the walls and ceiling are paper thin. Fortunately they left after they finished and showered… do not recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.

This motel is a great place to stay for the money. We had a room, which had been updated, looking out over the park, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. Lots of dining options available close by, we will stay here again for sure.

The kitchenette was questionable and besides the mini fridge - unusable. I’m glad the price was low.

Comfortable. Good TV. Reasonably clean. Older. A little run down. Back parking lot could be tidied up. Stairs to 2nd level wearing. Duct tape used in the worn spots. Friendly young lady at check in counter

Great little spot. We were very happy with our stay, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It is a little dated but the location, price and convenience make up for it. We will definitely stay again!

Bathrooms are so so but the beds are comfy it’s a great location and good price. Staff are nice. Please stop using toxic air fresheners/cleaning products. Very sensitive to fragrances. We put the air freshener outside every time we stay

Customer service was amazing, quick and easy check in, room was very clean. Great area for touring and easy walkable access to everything. The only thing that threw me off was being woken up at 1:00am to police knocking on everyone’s doors asking if we heard screaming and banging. I then said “no we’ve been asleep since 9:30pm” the officer than said “okay no worries, have a good rest of your night”. I was falling back asleep when I heard more sirens so I looked out my patio and there was 4-5 police cars and an ambulance outside… hope everyone was okay. Definitely a bit alarming being woken up to that. Other than that experience it was a great stay and the staff was super kind and nice

Very convenient spot. Great having park across the street and also a level 2 charger. Beautiful mountains surrounding town. Can walk to some local nature trails.

It’s a charming motel with very personable, helpful and genuinely kind staff. It’s an older establishment but still maintained to the best of its quality for the value paid. Parking was easy and it was centrally located for groceries, restaurants, etc.

This little motel is in a perfect location, in the centre of town, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Beds are comfy and clean. But, the place is so very outdated and needs a facelift in the worst way. Very old appliances and furniture. Poor amenities.

It's a good place to stay in hope a budget friendly place. Safe and quiet especially at night. A little bit old but nothing to complain about cleanliness.

At first glance it looks nice but looking closer the power outlet had an electrical burn and there were not enough outlets. The floors should have more attention paid to the corners. Some rooms are renovated but not all are complete.

My only complaint is that the bed was very hard which made the sleeps not too great.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Here are the good things: friendly staff, fridge and shower worked well, bed was okay, very good area.
The bad things: curtains, sliding door lock, deadbolt all non-operational. Lots of mold in shower. Smells like stale smoke. Kitchenette wasn’t equipped as described (just 2 pots, 2 plates, and two sets of cutlery). Closet doors missing and very old worn furniture. Emailed me a day after I’d arrived to ask when I was going to arrive.
This would be a great hotel if they simply did a better job of cleaning, maintenance and updating.

The bathroom was grubby. The inside of the bathroom door hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Also counter tops in kitchen and bathroom were worn out. Also, no cereal /soup bowls in kitchenette.

Internet djid not work in our room, had to stand in the hallway to connect but didn't stay connected once in the room. Called front desk twice. Patio door didn't lock but we were on the second floor so wasn't a huge issue for us but should be addressed.

In the center of old town Hope. Across from a beautiful Japanese garden and community parks. Lots of large carvings along Hope's downtown streets.
I did not like hearing people talk and smoke outside my window. Probably from the business next door. The kitchette sink arborite was in poor condition.
Lovely ow er and nice clean, friendly place.
