This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. It is right next to the Scandinavian mall which was ideal as me and my partner are huge KFC fans. We actually went there every night after drinking and spent 300 Swedish dollars a visit.
My main two criticisms of the hotel would be firstly the air conditioning in the room was essentially non existent. Secondly (and this would be my main complaint) the spoon provided at the breakfast buffet for serving beans was an absolutely ludicrous choice. I would describe it more as a soup ladle. This caused serious havoc on my plate and I was barely able to get any actual beans on to my plate due to the basin being almost emptied. A more suitable spoon would have allowed me to get the remaining beans out of the corners of the pot. The bean to sauce ratio as a result on my plate was dramatically out of balance and my scrambled eggs ended up saturated. Could someone from the hotel please let me know if this can be rectified otherwise I wouldnt consider staying again.

We didn’t get room we thought we paid for. Totally missinformation from Hotel.com. However, the staff at Quality hotel Strawberry Arena was service minded and gave us another room.

Had the family room and the room are very spacious, breakfast are good with lots of options. The only thing we dont like is the long walk we had to do everytime we have to go in and out of the hotel. We are on the 9th floor all the way to the end and there is no other door to enter aside from the front side of the hotel.

Terrible experience during my stay at the hotel. Extortionate street parking charges, but little other choice, also room amenities were poor, outdated and impersonal decor, unfriendly staff.

The parkering was expensive otherwise everything was up to the standard, breakfast, the workers very polite and helpfully. The rooms were bigger neat and clean. I will recommend this hotell and definitivt coming back.

The location next to Mall of Scandanavia, Strawberry Arena and train/ metro station makes this ideal. If you hope to get a paid parking space next to the building you need to come early because there are only limited spaces, otherwise paid parking is also available about a five minute walk away. It would have been nice to have coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator in ones room but these are not included. The HUGE breakfast selection was amazing and the restaurant/bar on the top floor was good.

A bit warm room. Breakfast did not live up to expectation. For example the buffet did not serve fried eggs, and could not take an order for a simple thing as a friend egg.

Perfect for visiting Friends arena or Solna. Our room was a good size and comfortable. Everything was clean. Service was good and everyone was friendly and helpful even though it was busy and the hotel was very full during the Taylor swift concerts.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful as there were so many folks coming to see the Eras Tour.

What a beautiful hotel! The location was excellent and the staff were really kind and truly cared about providing a great hospitality experience. Don’t hesitate to book here :) The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

The room and other premises were very clean, nothing negative to say about that. The staff was very welcoming and kind and they made the staying extra fun by going with the Taylor Swift theme (since the staying was over the Swiftholm weekend). Breakfast was excellent too!

Expected a serviceoriented reception personnel but it is kinda disappointing when straff couldnt meet up some simple request like borrowing a scissor. The receptionist took almost half an hour to find 1 room out of 3 rooms that i booked. I might have an unreasonable expectation for a quality hotel.

Extremely poor cleanliness: the room was never cleaned (even though I had booked it) and when I asked for it there was no housekeeping left to clean. The gym was shockingly dirty - towels thrown everywhere and no one had cleaned. For breakfast they were out of so much: no butter for the bread; no eggs etc. It’s like they did not expect to be so booked and they did not have staff to run the hotel.
Shame because it used to be good but clearly understaffed.

Nice service good room, affordable stay. Unfortunately the roof bar is closed on sundays but downstairs bar was with good drinks (specialy whisky sour):-)
