We like their warm breakfast buffet included in the stay. We also had dinner buffet which is delicious. Parking is a bit hard. We didn’t bring swimsuit so we didn’t get to swim at their large pool.

Not so good. Room hest wasnt gpod blinds didntbwork so i couldnt get goodnfaylight on the room. When i called to get itnchecked maintenance guy came in and just confirmed to me what i called for " ueah your right its broke sorry"

We had a great stay. The only thing is that the door to the pool was not working properly and the smell of chlorine was very strong, we had to open the door because it was very strong.

First, we had a room with two queen beds and three people staying in there. There were hooks for all three of us to hang our towels in the bathroom. I don't know why it is that this feels like a revelation, but so many hotels rooms with multiple beds only have two, or even one hook. It was really nice to each have a space to allow our towels to dry and not have to MacGyver something. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice. A great stay in between soccer matches in two different states.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Both experiences were amazing. The parking was great, as I was able to see my car from my room. The room was quiet and spacious. The whole staff was friendly including the managers, front desk, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff. The pillows weren’t as comfortable but nothing too bad. Definitely recommend

From check in to check out, everything went great. The staff was professional and gave clear direction. The water in the shower was warm, so don't expect a hot shower.

This hotel is always beautifully maintained. The staff is very friendly.
I've stayed here many times and to my surprise, this time I called to get an early check in at 2 pm rather than 3pm and they wanted to charge me $50 to do so. Sadly, I will reconsider next time I come to town.

Our stay in the Hampton was superb! The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, and that hotel breakfast the next morning was just the icing on the cake. *chefs kiss* Plus all the staff we encountered were smiling and friendly. I would recommend this Hampton to anyone staying in the Gaithersburg area.

Edwin was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. We asked about walking to the county fair upon check in, and he provided excellent advice, and then asked follow up questions about our walk in the morning.

actually what I didn't like is the fact then the housekeeping came to my room and was hit the door so hard 2 time at 9 am in the morning when I did not request housekeeping at that time this hapens on sunday 11 I reporter to the front desk becasue that is not acceptable

Very quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is off the highway and a good hotel if you need rest. The breakfast was not fancy or good with many people leaving to go get something at Starbucks. No waters or amenities in the rooms. One bar of soap and shampoo, conditioner , and wash on the shower wall were ok. Towels were nice and fresh. Our room was not cleaned but maybe we had to request it.
