It was a nice place to stay near the family resort of Rehoboth Beach. We had one issue with ants in the room, but they sprayed soon after we reported them. The bed and bedding were surprisingly quite comfortable for a beach motel, I sleep well. Parking was easy, there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby if you wanted to walk to them.

The team was great and we were able to check in 4 hours early, with the option to check out at 5pm (which we took advantage of!).
As for the room, it looked nice at first glance, but the longer I looked, the more it became apparent that the room was dirty. For example, there were live and dead bugs in the room, there was hair on the floor, grime on the sink, stains on pillowcases, etc..
Now for the noise- I was there during the week and the volume of the live band playing at a bar across the street was shocking. At 11pm they were still playing, but the team was nice enough to offer ear plugs.
All in all, it was decent spot for a quick weekend beach trip, and we loved the Dewey Beach area, but next summer we’ll opt for a hotel (vs. motel) and one that is less noisy with a higher standard of cleanliness.

We had an amazing stay. From the staff to the room. Clean,cozy beds, great shower pressure. Location is perfect, very walkable. We will definitely be back again!

Good little motel it's perfect for drinking if you are trying to party . Lots of cops tho ! Lots of cops sitting right by the bars and hotel. The room is cute because it has different designs than a normal room.

Staff were amazing, everything was very smooth, was very easy for our toddler, 6 and 8 year old. Most definitely coming back. Very convenient and super close to the beach. Had a great time. The room was a lil older but at the same time everything else made up for it. Again, the staff were all super nice and helpful.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Its in a really good area, where you have lots of places to eat and hangout. The beach is also a 2 mins walk from the hotel which is so convenient.

The property was very well cared for, but in our entire stay, no one came to our room to empty trash, replenish towels or wipe down bathroom/vacuum the rugs. 4 days stay should warrant at least two light cleanings and especially a towel check.

Had a rowdy bunch in the rooms next to us that kept us up all night. Location is convenient to walk everywhere, however, the price you pay is to potentially have loud parties near you when you are trying to sleep. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean no frills but great if you only go there to sleep.

Very convenient location. The beach,shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the live bands at the bar across the street that played into the early hours of the morning. But the hotel itself was very nice.

Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the pools on the property which had a lot of debris in them.

Location, location, location!!! Close to everything in Dewey Beach. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff!
Only caution I would give is that parking can be a little tight especially if you have a larger vehicle.

Great location but wouldn’t stay again. My husband thought the room was disgusting and I thought it was just ok. Sheets were clean but the room felt kind of dingy.

We loved our stay. The room was great. Nice balcony and scenery. The front desk folks were nice and accommodating. Only thing I’d suggest is getting an elevator for the higher floors. We were ok, but that could be a struggle for some people, and I was surprised to see there wasn’t an elevator available.

Well appointed room that was clean and updated. One block to the beach, in the middle of Dewey which was perfect! Will definitely come again, thoroughly enjoyed the stay and it was quiet which was a nice surprise given the location.

It was convenient to the concert venue I came for but the room stunk like mold or maybe sewage. Room 123 right by the pool might seem like a good idea but it’s not. You expect pool noise during the day but this was a favorite late night hang spot for people who were just loud.

Was disappointed in our stay. The room was humid and muggy and made everything feel damp. The linens didn't feel very good either. One of the blankets had a gross stain on it. Overall very sad about the stay and won't be coming here again.

Not bad for a quick stay. Location was definitely loud but we knew that before booking. Convenient to the beach and dining spots. Room was okay - clean, but we were bothered by several flies and an endless trail of ants. Overall, not bad but not the best.

Good no frills stay, don’t expect a bunch but it’s the perfect location right by the beach. Be prepared for lots of noise especially on the weekend. Staff was very kind room was clean except bathroom needed a good deep clean.
