This is a nice, clean, safe and quiet place to stay. You're only minutes away from downtown and shopping centers. So, the location is great. Its continental breakfast is excellent. I'll stay here again.

Hotel check in was easy, lobby seemed clean. Room was clean, and comfortable. There was some sort of noise coming from a piece of equipment on the roof. Let the hotel know and the response was “we’re aware, and we’re sorry”. Thankfully I was able to sleep and not be woken up. The breakfast was supposed to be open until 10:00, but was closed when I returned from a round of golf at 9:50. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to grab some fruit or a bagel. Returning in a few weeks, hopefully the noisy equipment is repaired.

The hotel’s location was close to food and shopping. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything looked new. Breakfast buffet was fresh, and Kris was an excellent representative for the hotel.

The room seemed very dated although they tried it was not sufficient - we will not be back,, the bed sunk in the middle and the doorway had a large gap under it and sort of rodent or insect would have no problem crawling under doorway - no room on bathroom counter to set a bag of cosmetics old school tub and shower fixtures.
woke with bad back they should have refunded room but didnt seem to care about my complaint

Great suite - exactly what a suite should be like. Check in staff (Alejandra?) was super friendly and helpful. We felt rested and recharged after the stay!

It was a perfect place to stay. Just down the street from the river adventure.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel. We like staying here because we can bring our dogs. It’s always been a nice, comfortable place to stay. They were renovating this visit & the updates were nice. The staff was pleasant & helpful.
The only con I had was that we stayed in a handicap accessible room & there were some small tweaks that I would make in the bathroom like : 1) extending the bar to the shower for when you step out 2) installing a rounded shower curtain bar so when you sit on the handicap bench the curtain isn’t always in your face, 3) adjusting the hand held sprayer for easier access to the handicap bench.

I paid primo to stay at this hotel, but was very disappointed that the pet friendly policy wasn’t included in the hotel description. There were barking dogs constantly, like non-stop, during our stay. I will not stay there again. Big waste of money, and not a good night of sleep while we were there. You should refund my money for that 2 night stay.

It was a busy weekend and I was glad that I reserved a room early on. The hotel is very comfortable. It was clean and the entire stay was enjoyable.

Perfect property for us- quiet, very clean, close to shopping and dining options and hot breakfast included. Will definitely return when we are back in Durango. Highly recommend this property.
