It was ok. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. I stayed 3 nights. The first night could have been a little quieter, the TV in the neighboring room was too loud late in the evening and then early in the morning, but other than that room was clean front desk was friendly. Visit went well.

Amazing nice people. Big change from some hotel staff. Bed very comfortable. Had trouble finding lobby, was detached from the rooms, but we were very tired so just missed the building on the left. Would stay again. Are at Ruby Tuesdays. Great food and wonderful service.

The room was a bit small. The a/c / heater made an annoying sound. The bed was ok but the water pressure was not good. But overall it was not a bad stay.

Comfortable room, great bed, great shower. I had my small dogs with me, and Stephanie at the front desk went out of her way to make things convenient. Set me up with a room right by the dog walking area. How thoughtful. Step me through dining options and gave me the rundown on breakfast. I told her that she knocked it out of the park, and she did! It was only overnight, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent personnel, starting with Stephanie at the front desk when we checked in at 9p. Accommodations were nice; room was at a competitive rate. Clean. Breakfast was very good—large dining room, broad offering of both hot and cold foods.

We had a restful stay at this conveniently located off HWY 40 hotel. Great helpful staff!

I stayed in a room with a “spa tub”. I got into the tub after swimming in the pool and showering. After a few minutes I noticed brown flakes floating in the tub. I got out and there was a very dark brown ring around the tub. I bought cleaning wipes and cleaned the tub and filled and ran it again without getting in. The brown ring appeared again. I paid quite a bit extra to have this spa tub in the room but it was far too nasty to use.
In addition, I became very ill from the air in the room and had a severe allergic reaction.
I definitely wouldn’t stay here or at any Best Western again after this experience.

The room was very nice. The elevator was a little bit, as my sis has a little trouble walking distance. Would be nice to have a printed tv guide.

Super clean. Super friendly staff. Building is aged bit and reminds me of the 1970s HoJo or HolidayiNN.
The restaurant is closed. The space is used for complementary breakfast. There is a bar that serves sandwiches etc. Very weird vibe in the bar Michael’s.

The fan was extremely loud in the room, and there was a fight to get in the room against the bugs outside of our door, but other than that it was a nice room

This is the place we have stayed in the past for our family reunions. Several families stay and we usually hang out at the pool. This place has always been very accommodating for our needs while we are staying there.
