The property needs to be updated, the carpet needs to get removed because it smells.The room was very small.The people wasn't friendly enough,I guess it might be a culture but I enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is 1km away from Keisei Narita station where you can take Keisei line and then transfer to JR line to Tokyo. The shuttle to/from Narita Intl Airport is convenient, better to make reservation though. The lobby and the room are quite ckean, the carpet in the elevator and hall way is a bit dirty. My room seems smaller than 18 sqm (I booked 18 sqm room), the bathroom is a bit small as well, but function quite well. The high light of the hotel is the breakfast, which cost Can$13 per day for two person, there are more than 30 choices of deliciou and healthy Japanese food, the are some continental breakfast foods as well. The front desk staff can speak English and are willing to help out. Overall the value of the hotel is far more than what you pay for.

I got my shuttle bus going to airport,but i get off to terminal 2 that I didn’t know,suppose to be in terminal 1..but anyway i did make it for my flight,its good i leave hotel more early

I have to say that for a last minute accommodation this hotel is awesome! Very affordable at $40 per night, free shuttle to and from the airport and not to mention the staff has been very friendly. The language barrier can be worked on but overall I would definitely be back at this hotel the next time I’m here in Japan… please read the information booklet in the room to see everything that is provided free of charge… saved me a ton of money!!!

Stayed two nights in this hotel. It's great value for what the hotel is. Room space is small and clean, except the hallway is old and dirty. Front desk receptionists are very helpful. It's very convenient and close to the shopping mall just a block away, and is about 15 minutes ride with free shuttle to and from the airport.

I read the reviews and the website and it looked like a decent place to stay….WARNING!!!!! It’s not!!
Walls and doors are paper thin and you the hallway echos everything. My room was close to the elevator and I could hear every suitcase roll over the bumps and people yelling and screaming and talking in the hallway all night. I had to call the front desk twice. There were no USB slots to charge devices (hint, there’s one behind the TV if you need one) I don’t usually leave reviews but this had to have been the worst stay at a hotel I have ever had for $11,000yen. Stay away in my opinion!

This was a lovely property to stay at, convenient to the airport with the shuttle and equally convenient with a short walk on a quiet street to the historic area and temple in Narita. The room was small but efficient in the layout and water was super hot to melt away the jetlag! A great place to regroup after a long international flight.

The staff was very helpful in assisting/guiding me as I am departing very early in the morning. The hotel does provide free shuttlebus to Narita airport, but I had to leave way earlier.

Good location and cleanliness. Take note that bus from hotel to airport starts from 7.30am with a pause between 10.30am till 14.30pm. From airport to hotel only starts at 14.55 in T2. Outside of these hours, you can take the train, one stop to Narita Station.

I dont understand the low reviews. This is a budget hotel. And me being an american this hotel was above my expectations. Its an older building but the staff were very kind. Greeting me every morning! They clean daily! My experience was a 10/10 and i would gladly recommend this location to others arriving at narita. The 7 eleven is walkable and also there is a supermarket nearby! Lots of food options! And a steak restaurant directly in front. My stay was amazing!

Very friendly staff, good shuttle service, bus stop very near, mall 200 meters walk, great breakfast buffet, clean room. Only noise insulation to other rooms is not really good, also noisy room doors.

Clean and convenient for a stay close to the airport, very accommodating during the day of the flight, was able to get free included baggage storage while we waited for our flight and great transportation to the airport.

the breakfast was great. Everything was fine in the room except the bathroom. Black mold around the in-wall soap shelf and dotting other places. The pipe between the flush tank and toilet leaked quite a bit. Also found the panties of a previous guest draped over the shower curtain rail.

A really good value Japanese-style business hotel.

As most travelers only stay in Narita overnight to catch the plane next day, this hotel has all you need for that purpose. Nothing fancy, a bit dated, but a comfortable bed and a working bathroom, makes it a good and price worthy place. The staff was great and even let med store my bag there after check out + booked me on their bus shuttle service to the airport later in the evening when my plane was scheduled. That is great service.

Good place if you need to stay near Narita airport. Free shuttle to and from airport. 20 minutes away. Look for hotel buses area and check times to hotel.
Rooms are small but quiet and comfortable beds.
Small Aeon mall about 500 meters with large grocery store and food court.
Large Aeon mall 2 kilometers away, walking distance. I walked there and returned in taxi. (Cost me 1,100 yen)
Naritasan temple less than 2 kilometers away, nice walk there.
