Room was clean; value priced. Security was lacking. No staffing at front desk. Key was left in the door. Room was down a private hallway, however anyone could have entered into the hallway and exited through the back door. Key could easily have been copied and returned, with no one the wiser

staff was friendly, pool was excellent, place was very close to a lot of restaurants. room was clean, although it needs a little updating, a bit of carpet was peeling in one of the bedrooms, but otherwise this is a great motel and will be coming back!

The pictures of the exterior looked very different on the website than it did in person. The suite itself was good, the mattress in one of the rooms was filthy and could have used a vacuum but otherwise okay.

The room was the size of an oversized closet. The tv was small, The coffee maker is up high where you can't see where you are pouring the water and then the coffee tastes like plastic 😕 The only thing that is worthy mentioning is the bed was comfortable.

it was not busy at all due to the low season . I could not get the internet connected and put a call out about 1130pm but understand it was late and probably no one around as property was not busy. Everything else went just fine.

Cheap kitchen accessories; no wifi for 1 day; attempt at maintenance repairs are amateurish. This is a 2 star facility charging 4 star prices. The Barley Mill Pub next door is a good place to eat.

I have a habit of walking around barefoot, within an hour my feet were blacker than the ace of spades ( unit 8 ) when we turned on the airconditioner and it kept popping the breaker the gentle man moved us to ( unit 7 ) the wall under the window was dirty, I was a housekeeper at the lakeshore motel, the bel-air and the sunset inn in the 80's. If I would have left floors dirty or walls with black streaks on them I would have been fired. The fellow we met was decent,but his staff cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. It didn’t look vacuumed well. We found a dirty cup and knife. Couldn’t reach the desk for service. Every-time we called no one answered. It was cheap so you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious, but not very clean. There were cobwebs in the shower, the paint on the doors was peeling, the painter's tape around the front door and windows had not been taken down. The pool had no water in it. The AC was not working properly. No enough electrical outlets to plug IPADs into. Overall, wouldn't stay here again for the price.

This Hotel is extremely run down and not clean inside at all. So much garbage out front as well. I cannot believe the price we payed to stayed for one night in such a low end Motel.

The pool location was good. The rooms are not the cleanest. The pool area is dirty and unkept. Broken chairs, loungers and umbrellas are everywhere. The office staff hides in the office and are hard to reach. The property in general is not maintained daily. There are broken flower boxes and rotting apples from the apple tree throughout the courtyard.

Great place to stay. No Hyatt or Hilton quality but clean spacious neat and quiet great value would come back in a heart beat M

Stayed here a few times. Always clean. Very simple, but very economical. A few small maintenance issues that need to be seen to.

the internet worked very fast, but toilet made a lot of noise and they didn't fix it. otherwise staff ery helpful

Not as advertised, very dirty & old & small & unsafe. Sad that it was non-refundable; forced to stay there once we arrived as we had no other option. Defined not up to our standards. Dishes & kitchenware were dirty, we didn’t use we used our own items ... Later found out it was in a very high crime area. Very difficult to stay with kids. The worst place we have ever stayed in ever. The only nice thing was the owners & staff were kind. Overpaid, later found out that same suites were going for $100 less per day than what we paid ($255). We paid $1000 more for entire stay, than we should have paid). This is a hard hit for a family with 4 kids. Discussed with staff why we paid more than what room were going for on site. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because we purchased through Expedia ... not happy with Expedia experience & would like a refund for the price difference ($1000). Didn’t notice it was non-refundable until after we paid ... so sad.
