For the price and location it was a decent enough hotel. Good for a one night stop. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was what you need to start the day.

Usually B&B are quite ok, this however was odd in terms of staffinf and clientele. No smoking building but this is not enforced - I was woken by the smell of cigarette smoke and had to fight off a serious allergic reaction to said smoke (had I not woken up, I would not be here to write this review). Due to this and the attitude of the receptionist, I would not recommend this establishment. I do not recommend this establishment for solo female travellers either.

Cleanliness and services were ok. Amenities a bit less due to lack of storage place in the room and not enough clothing hangers. Wet towels compete with coats for space! The ventilation noise is a problem, too loud for a good night sleep! Free parking is the good thing!

We use this hotel as our base when in liege due to the cost. We are a team of 15 people usually & although this hotel is not somewhere to stay If you want luxury, it is good for somewhere to lay your head. Most rooms are triples & the cost is low. There are lovely restaurants close by one across the road and one around the back of the hotel which we love to visit. We don't get breakfast at the hotel as it is just a croissant and a drink but there is a supermarket/shopping centre 5 minutes walk where we go for breakfast in a cafe & there is a McDonald's around the back (need to drive about 2 minutes) so we have no issues there. There is a free water refill station also. Can't really fault the hotel because it is so cheap & the staff are good.

When we stepped into the room we were assigned the smell of cigarette smoke felt heavy on my lungs even though we booked a non smoking room. When I went to enquire about the room the lady tried giving us air refreshner that worked terribly, and said that all other rooms were booked. When I came back only the night clerck was left, who after hearing about my asthma history apparently conjured up a room (still a smoking room) that luckily smelt a bit less terrible. Add that up to the fact that the bed consisted of a wooden board with a poor mattress and that the breakfast buffet was largely gone at 8:30 even though it lasted until 10 and you have the most horrible stay you’ll have in your life.

A good, clean, comfortable stay for a night. Secure parking outside, modest breakfast. A nice restaurant just across the road.

The hotel receptionist gave me three times wrong room, the third time when the receptionist gave us correct room the temperature of the room was cold that I got sick.

The room was too small, poor location and terrible service and breakfast. I am surprised that Expedia would be even advertising this hotel. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this booking and I will contact Expedia to share my concerns

Budget as part of the name naturally implies basic accommodation, but it does not justify dirty and smelly room(s) (we had 2), garbage scattered on the grass outside, strange brownish marks on the toilet wall!?!. The best thing I can say was we got a smoking room, unfortunately none of us are smokers!!

Pain to get to due to roadworks. Most local places to eat are closed on Monday so supermarket is your only walkable option.

We were just passing through, so for 1 night on a journey it is perfect.

Very basic, shower in the bedroom. No air conditioning and abrupt staff. It is what it is there is an amazing restaurant opposite.

Wheelchiar access OK inside the hotel ; but car parking quite difficult, missing space to get the chair down and stuff in car... Nice Personnel

The hotel is very conveniently situation 2 minutes from the motorway. The facilities were much as anticipated although a little extra cleaning in the bedroom could have been done. Bathroom very clean. I think my room was actually for the disabled and had a button to press for help. This is very badly located hidden behind one of the pillows that meant that I pressed it by mistake! The staff knocked at the door almost immediately as is required to check that I was OK.

Well out of the centre but good for a one night stay. I would not like to stay any longer, living out of a suitcase, no where to put anything.
