Nice place, but pricey considering there are many comparable places in the area

My second stay in this hotel and I recommend it. The staff is very friendly and rooms are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great. But don’t forget lotion against mosquitoes….

The hotel was nice, but the restaurant is only open for breakfast buffet and they aren’t actually located on the beach like some of the pictures look like. Our front door and bathroom doors didn’t close all the way and the view we had was of the water tanks on the back side of the hotel. The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy. The pool was small but clean and the chlorine level was not too high. I have stayed at other hotels on the island and this is the best one with a pool which we needed for our kids and it was a 4min walk to the beach, but you did have to pay for chair rentals.

Early check in, nice rooms/bathrooms and beds. Breakfast not impressive, improved the day it was an outside buffet. Quite central location/very near the beach. However, not all beach and restaurant areas are clean and tidy. 10 min walk from main street.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was nice with a broad variety of Thai and European food. I can really recommend this hotel

Hotel room not really clean but ok if you don't mind. Location not in centre but convenient enough.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights and I have to say this hotel might be one of the high end hotels around this beach area. The only I like about this hotel is its location with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. However, I found it quite expensive when comparing the quality of the hotel to the price. Firstly the pool is very small and there are only 8 beds, secondly the breakfast is quite crappy, not a lot of choices and it was not that good, thirdly the room floor was sooo sticky that we had to call for the maid to clean it and it was still very sticky. Last but not least our room smelled like sewage and at the middle of the night the concrete from the second floor in front of our room fell down to the porch area, thanks gods we were not sitting there. But since there are not really a lot of choices there, we might stay here again if we do return to Samed Island....

Came back after 4 years to this resort. Everything is the same except its abit dated. Really hope refurbishment can be done. For my room, aircon was not working properly and basic amenities like room slippers are on request. The rest is perfect.

Nice hotel with swimming pool & at the centre of all restaurants,bars and convenience store,buffet breakfast is plenty enough but salad dressing is not really our taste liking.Cleanliness of the bathroom could do better than this dirty scrub on the wall and sticky if staff pay attention a bit more then we could give a 5*rate.if you have kids I would definitely recommend this hotel for the family to stay but internet wifi is quite bad signal.

The hotel was nice but the pool had a bit problem cause the water in the pool make our swimsuit became blue color. Breakfast was good but they have not enough table for guests to sit .

We had a very good sized room for a family of four (two very large beds) although we were hardly in it as we spent most of the time on the beach or by the pool. The 'all you can eat' buffet style breakfast was excellent and the kids loved it. The resort felt very safe and was a very relaxing place to stay.
