Pros: Value. Beautiful views of the ski resort and lake. Nice sized cabins. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Not walkable. Room was dark. Lighting could be improved and walls could be repainted.

Great visit and look forward to returning. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was well equipped, and superbly cleaned. If you’re looking for a spot with a rustic feel but modern creature comforts, then I would highly rrecommend it.

The Lodges were a great venue for us. Clean, convenient, rustic (in a good way) with all the amenities we like. My wife said to tell the front desk as we were leaving "tell them it was great."

Rustic, beautiful, comfortable cabins, across from Deep Creek Lake. Convenient to skiing, shopping, dining, and the town of Oakland. Expensive but worth it...recommended.

This is a very cozy cabin. I really enjoyed staying here. The checkin process was a simple as showing up and saying your name. The checkout process was easy too. I simply left the door keys at the front office. The cabin is very spacious. They left 1 shampoo and 1 soap for each occupant for a 1 night stay. There was keurig coffee available in the room, though I didn't have a cup to use. There is a fireplace and a very large smart tv. I was able to log in with my own Netflix account to watch a movie. Quiet time starts at 10, so you don't have to worry about other guests keeping you up all night. All in all, a very good stay.

The interior of the cabins were high end. The outdoors with benches, adirondack chairs, fire pits, even a beautiful area that leads up to the dock right on Deep Creek Lake as a common area for all guests. Bonnie in the Welcome Office was so friendly and helpful. Our cabin was situated on the hill overlooking the lake. Such a beautiful location to vacation!

This property was just what me and my wife needed for a weekend away. Very nice cabins that give you a nice place to lay your head down to sleep, and very convenient for local dining and activities in deep creek. Would recommend and stay again.

It was decent. The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was thin and extra soft. No support. We couldn’t use the pull out sofa at all because you could feel the bars though the thin mattress. Luckily we always carry a blow up mattress for our teenage son.
It was clean except the carpet needed shampooed. Overall not a bad stay but not a place I would choose to stay again.

Spent a wonderful weekend there. Well appointed, spacious rooms. Quaint cabin feel. Allowed pet to be in the cabin. Will definitely go again.

The room in 49R was great except the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a big dip in the middle. My husband and I did not sleep well at all. I felt itchy in bed as well.
The staff were trying to be accommodating to our complaints about the bed, but there really wasn’t much to do.
In texting with the staff, they offered maintenance to come to look at the bed but we declined. They also offered a discounted rate to stay another night but we could not stay another night. Plus, I wouldn’t want to sleep in that bed another night.
I would stay at the lodge again but only if I knew the beds were more comfortable.

Comfortable cabin, loved the full sized fridge and soft bed. Next time we stay there I will choose one of cabins with a hot tub. The playground was perfect for my three kids. We signed out a board game and that was a perfect way to wind down at the end of the day.

The views are beautiful. The property appeared to be fairly new and very well kept. There are hot tubs, but they are only for certain cabins. If you want a hot tub, make sure your cabin includes it, as ours did not. That was disappointing. Staff at check in are very welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful time. Wisp is right across the street, it made it very convenient to ski and tube. There are a lot of places to eat right there. Very cute cabin. Can't wait to go back!

This was a great find on short notice. We were booking an impromptu trip to Wisp Ski Resort and the Lodges were a short 5 minute drive to the resort. The cabins are super cozy and comfy with plenty of space. The basics were covered and we felt right at home there. The area is also very dog friendly. The check in and check out process was seamless and super easy and the staff were absolutely incredible and always available. We are definitely planning on coming back here very soon!

The lodge is nice and comfortable. The only observation is regarded to the noise coming from the fan located at the fireplace and the lacking of sound isolation from the lodge next to ours.
