Hotel has a nice location. Good breakfast. Rooms are not so clean, specially the bathroom

The first room we were in was on the second floor. Around 5am the lobby music would start and the speaker was below our room (219) and it was loud. They turned it off when we asked. The light shining on the building is like having sunlight all night. When we switched rooms (608) those problems went away. However the toilet paper was on a wall that you needed long arms to reach. The staff was very friendly, it’s just a shame that they must know these issues exist and don’t fix them. I can’t be the first to have mentioned them

I booked a double room with King size bed and got a regular size room with no fridge, no microwave, and no separate sitting space. This was extremely disappointing for the price. I expected something similar to a suite and this was nothing like what I expected. I will be booking at another hotel next time.

Hotel was fairly nice downtown and since stay was on a weekend parking and walking around was good. No place to really shop or eat unless you walk aways down to the pier. Hotel room air conditioner was loud waking us up all night. Room was either too hot or too cold but I suspect that is because it is an old building. Otherwise nicely decorated and comfortable. Most important dog friendly!!!

What an amazing story wrapped around this 85 plus year building. When you walk in the decor and design took my wife and back to the 40s way before we were born. The staff was exceptional. Downtown Bradenton is wonderful to visit with delicious food and the water front Park stretches for mile what a wonderful walk.

I went only for one night and the truth is that it was hot because the air in my room did not cool, there was no refrigerator or microwave, there were very few parking spaces, the best thing was the breakfast service and the very attentive staff.

An old style property has a lot of lovely decor about the place that is unique to this hotel in the Bradenton area. The breakfast is always delicious here and you're within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and a marina.

This is a great place to stay. Actually, my wife and I were impressed with the entire experience from check-in to check-out! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were very nice, and the entire place was very clean. This Hotel was built in 1925 so the interior was amazing and beautifully restored. This property is rich in history and one can tell that the staff is well versed and very proud of representing such a great place. If you are tired of the usual cookie cutter motels you will love staying at this Hampton Inn.
