Everything is very good on this hotel. The staffs are helpful and professional. Can’t fault the service.

Property is in excellent location in Alabang. They also have parking but limited. Their rooftop pool has good views of the city. Cons: We stayed in the family room but I think there is not much space for luggages since there is a large closet which is not really required which occupied too much space.

This hotel is a gem! Aside from the stylish, cute decor & interiors, the facilities are great - very comfortable bed (always my standard), clean & great service. It has a good breakfast buffet, a gym & a pool. Also, walking distance to Molito & ATC, which have plenty of dining & shopping options.

This hotel needs a lot of help in almost every facet of the business. I don't see how they were able to get high ratings. Front Desk - There's only one person, I believe her name is Gela, that has been helpful during my stay. The others don't know the meaning of hospitality, even if they are employees of the hospitality industry. I know, right - hospitality? Laundry - Don't do it. They're going to charge you like $3 just to do a single shirt. There are about 3 laundry drop-off shops within a block. Use them, instead. Doormen/Security - Always there to open the door for you or even hold an umbrella for you while you go to your Grab pick-up. Very friendly guys. A definite plus for the hotel. Restaurant/Room Service - Haven't had a chance to try dining in at the restaurant. The room service is okay. Overpriced, though. Besides the overpriced food, there is also a room service charge that gets added on. Kind of stupid. Just like the Fee-lippines, they pile on fees on top of anything. Whatever you ordered comes in a cardboard container so I don't understand the mark-up of the food and then it comes in cardboard. If you order from Grab and you ask the hotel to bring it up to the room, there's a charge for that, too. At other hotels, I usually tip the person bringing it up and they're super happy. Room - Decent. Small TV, looks like a 32". You can't use any smart TV features. Bathroom is a copy of Red Planet. Oh, they only give 2 towels. And 1 roll of toilet paper. LOL. Budget?

I especially enjoyed the housekeeping staff. Philip was the highlight of my stay, accommodating all of my numerous requests. He always was quick to smile and clearly enjoyed his job. Thank you Philip.

Our stay was perfect. They cleaned our room very neatly I commend Peter who cleaned our room during our stay. Location was perfect. Near the ATC and molito,near the sky way too.theres a laundry area where you can drop off your laundry and pick up the same day with a very reasonable price. I would surely come back here with my family.

The room is small, water pressure terrible, and the bed mattress is similar to a futon mattress. Internet keeps dropping out. Try B next door if your on a budget and if not ona strict budget Crimson is your best option while staying in Alabang…

Me and my son had an amazing time every day during our 7 days stay at Azumi Hotel. The infinity pool is beautiful and had the best view. My son swim from day and night. Our last night was amazing ending with a movie night by the pool. Although we didn't have our room cleaned. The polite young man Edhmar always greet us with a smile and provided us with our daily complimentary water supply whenever we ask. Other staff too are friendly whenever we see them at elevator, lobby etc. We can't wait to go back again. This will probably be "our" always go to hotel. Our room keycard kept disabling, a little inconvenience but easy fix. The free use of laundry is extra nice and big help. I didn't come back with dirty clothes after vacation. They let us do a late check out at 2:00pm which I greatly appreciate. Only thing I feel like is missing is a long body mirror to check your OOTD, lol. Other than that, we are returning in a heartbeat. Will no longer book with Bellevue, Acacia or Crimson, haha! Thanks for this wonderful experience!

Spacious room, comfortable beddings, clean. Location is good. It is close to Molito mall that has lots of upscale dine in options. Near Alabang Town Center Mall and convenient to lots of banking services. Love the infinity pool overlooking city. I recommend this place love the hotel theme.

The stay was nice and the property is beautiful. The room was decent but very small for four people. The door to the bathroom is different because it doubles as a door to the bathroom and a door to the shower. When you use the shower and close the door it leaves the bathroom open for anyone to come in and see.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the rooms were quiet, clean, comfortable and very relaxing, so much so that I hardly felt like going out. And the breakfast was also very delicious. I’m The restaurant was not large, but the ceiling was high and I was able to enjoy a comfortable meal. The pool at the penthouse was also amazing, I didn't swim but enjoyed the amazing views from there. If I visit this place again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The entire staff are so friendly, kind and highly respectful they treated me like a king. Everyone greeted me and offered assistance at all times. I definitely will stay here again next time.

Staff members are awesome. Pool is wonderful specially at night. We booked a king room. Got a king bed but did not have closet so got moved to a room with closet but only queen bed. The gym is not... One set of dumbbells and some benches. But these things doesn't take away from overall experience. Did I say staff is awesome? Will come back

Probably one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in, especially for the price. Great staff, clean room, fast internet, strong water pressure. Pretty much everything is on point.
