I liked the fact that this place was right on the beach. For a family run place, it was well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Right on the beach! We went to 5 or 6 area beaches and we found Seaside to be the most impressive. The staff was wonderful! The cleaning crew saved my life/our marriage by holding some items I left behind. I called to inquire, and they will be mailing the items to us in Minnesota!

Location of property great. Clean room. Nice staff. Unfortunately got little sleep due to many factors beyond our control. Wouldnt recommend staying in a bottom room.

The location really doesn’t get better in Seaside. A lot of properties are beachfront, but on a section of it where tall grasses grow so you can’t see down to the water. This property is on the section where the water view is unobstructed. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe at this property because of its prime location. I was on the ground floor and the window faced the beach. Only a smaller section on the upper part of the window opens, so I wasn’t worried about someone trying to climb in or anything. It is directly next to the beach front promenade, so expect quite a few people walking right past your window. It did quiet down after sunset. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing. There was a fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Ice machine is located in parking lot. Things that I would have appreciated that I’ve seen other beach properties offer would be free bikes to check out for riding around town & on promenade and also beach chairs. I’m sure families would like sand toys to check out as well.

One of the best views in Seaside. Literally on the beach. Nice that the rooms have a seperate bedroom. Top floor rooms get pretty warm in the summer. No A/C, so its gets uncomfortable. They do provide a fan, but the window does not open very far to create good circulation. Motel is centrally located which is wonderful.

The motel was overall okay, overpriced for what you get but understood the area is going to be worth more. The bed was really high which we found weird, would be difficult with anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of. We also had an "ocean view" room which basically stared at a sand hill. Front desk was very friendly and the room was clean.

Place was very nicely kept, we had the top off our jeep the whole time and nothing was bothered the entire time we stayed, bed was very comfy, shower and bathroom were very nice, view was beautiful, shops were close by, parking right outside the door so we didn’t have to carry everything over the river and through the woods to put in car, service was terrific, microwave and fridge too, loved our stay…

The housekeepers start really early and they are SO loud. So don't plan on sleeping in. But the gal who checked me in was very friendly and sweet. It's a good deal for the price, I'd say. I'd stay there again. Good location and we did always have parking.

I liked it was on the beach and updated. I liked the staff (Nancy) who checked us in. I didn't like that it was a motel with an outside entrance -- not listed in the advert. Otherwise we wouldn't have stayed there.

There was no ac this would be more helpful especially for the hotter days. There was no tea bags provided. Everything else was great! And the ocean front view was beautiful!

Great location with a view over the beach. Two bedroom had a separate space for one bed, which was a nice addition to your standard double queen room setup.

Friendly staff, but foul mouthed loud neighbors made it hard to enjoy to ocean view, and harder to hear the ocean with all the obscenities they were hollering all day and late into the night

Had a blast at the 4th of July this year! Stayed in the cottage and it’s the perfect location.

Staff was phenomenal! The room was as described and more. That front gal at the desk this weekend needs a raise. She was nothing short of amazing! Way to go!

Easy beach access. Plenty of good dining within walking distance, particularly Mo's and Pig N Pancake.

Great location! I would stay here again just for the proximity to the beach and dinning downtown Seaside. The place has been recently renovated but my girls hated the bathroom, it is tiny. No where to really put anything, combs toothbrush, etc. Finally the walls are paperthin so you can hear a lot of what is happening next door if you have a loud neighbor.
