If anybody could find anything to complain about this wonderful place I would be totally amazed. We were even upgraded form a 4 sleeper to a 6 which was amazing. Unfortunately the hammam was not working but in the grand scheme of things that was not a problem at all. My grandchildren adored the place as my daughter and I did. Take me back there on the way back please!!!!!

Location is a 10/10 Our room was a small but charming duplex for 4 persons, The managers are Peter and his wife, very friendly and caring The cafe that they manage on the ground floor has an amazing Apple Strudel and croissants, the highlight is definitely their hot chocolate. Loved it

This hotel has only 5 rooms - but they are multiple bedroom suites. Ours was 3 floors with a bedroom on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is in the heart of the old town. We loved the hotel, the decor and its layout. We had air conditioning and 1 full bath and a half-bath (toilette). It was perfect and the host (Alexandria) was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time in Annecy.

Awesome stay - location is in the center of old town and activities - no long walking anywhere, plus the rooms are quiet. All entities were top notch. But, what was over the top were the staff at the waffle house checking you in. They ere awesome! very attentive, courteous, did their best to understand my English. Will stay here again. The owner has put a lot of work inti the rooms and it shows.

This is not a "normal" 5 star hotel, but an old building in Annecy's Old Town with a couple of apartments managed by two ladies who operate from other locations, which causes some communication and service challenges... and problems. So, do NOT expect a 5 star hotel experience! Les Loges are very centrally located in the Old Town so you cannot reach it by car. Their "parking" is a public garage three

Overall I enjoyed our stay. I was disappointed that the advertised "steam room" didn't work and there were some very minor things that need repair but other than that, it was spotless and the location is amazing. The gentleman who attended to our needs was extremely nice and hospitable.

I contacted this hotel prior to arrival to arrange a car to meet us at the airport and the manager assured me that one would be waiting. It was not. This caused me to have to arrange last minute transportation from Geneva to Annecy which cost almost double what it should have. I complained and was told that it was the driver’s fault. They said they upgraded my room and when I complained that I hadn’t asked for a room upgrade but a ride was told they “understood” The basket of food on the second morning contained milk that had been opened and was half empty. The shower smelled musty. The sofa and area rug were stained.

My trip to Europe was for 11 nights and this was my worst night. We did not stay longer in Annecy because of what happened. Very friendly and competent staff, great hospitality! while booking I was surprised about the upper rates for lodges compared to 5 star hotels ... and ... Excellent and caring hospitality from all the team, room up grade, free bottle of wine for a little issue and direction to free parking ..: didnt attend this kind of high end hospitality - well done - all the family was very happy and we will come for sure back to this beautiful and cozy Annecy!

Wonderful!!!It was much more than we expected. Cosy, clean, modern, good quality of linen, a surprise steam room, perfect location, and a place to park provided by the management. I highly recommend this property! Habib was very kind waiting for us to show us where to park and helping us with our luggage and showing us the property.

The property is not 5*, not 4*, not 3*.The apartment is tiny, with low ceilings, many stains/dirty spots on the sofa,no table lamps on the 3rd floor in the second bedroom, bad mattresses/pillows/linens, the messy wires all around TV sets ...etc.There is no concierge at all.We had to wait for 40 minutes on a very busy street with our car before the manager showed up to let us in the garage.Nobody answered the phone during this time (5 pm Saturday).I went to the apartment, but nobody opened the door there either.When the manager finally arrived, he said that he gave our apartment to another guest. He did not ask his name before checking him in!???The guest used the shower and the toilet, and there was nobody on duty to clean the mess. So it took another 30 minutes before the place was prepared for us.Needless to say, our stay in Annecy was ruined, and we had to find another hotel to stay in. We moved out a day earlier.I wrote to Expedia about our problems, but nobody got back to me so far.I am deeply upset with the Expedia putting such a terrible property as a 5*, charging premium rates, and totally ignoring our complaints.

Dream hotel!

This was a spectacular property in the heart of the center (old town). It was thoroughly modern without losing any of the medieval charm of the building and the area. We walked to restaurants easily as there were many fantastic choices right outside our doorway. We were pleased to see that there was a Saturday flea market all along the center. The management was very attentive an made our stay extraordinary by all of the attention to detail. Thank you for the fresh baguette and cheeses!

This was a fantastic property in Annecy - a beautiful, modern mini-condo right in the middle of the oldest part of Annecy. Comfortable bed and pillows, coffee maker, fridge, stove, microwave, terrific bath, and a basket of lovely items for breakfast each morning. There is no place I will stay other than Les loges. The staff was so helpful too. Annecy is beautiful. Les Loges is the place to stay.

Lovely location and very friendly staff. The only downside was that they need to leave a set of instructions of how to use the appliances, TV and air conditioning because they are not at reception for the full 24 hours. Otherwise a great stay!
