Wasn’t actually at the hotel for most of the stay, but the hotel was really nice and the room was great. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Hotel clerk “upgraded” us to a better room, she said upon check in. The room was some kind of a separate living area that was not well designed and basically was an uncomfortable room that was much different than we reserved.

My daughter unexpectedly joined us on the trip, but reservations were for 1queen bed originally.
Front desk anticipated that issue, and offered us an upgrade to better accommodate. We a got a fantastic room w/a view!

Loved staying here!! Location was awesome, loved walking outside and seeing capitol and the great coffee shop just kitty corner was fabulous, Wonderstate Coffee, yum! Very quiet in the room, very comfy bed and bedding, and very clean with no strong smelling cleaning fumes upon our arrival.

Great location and a customer service oriented hotel that nailed all the little things. It’s raining- here is an umbrella. Coffee, water, free toothbrush, good bar and food and very good staff. Loved it. Eat at Magnolia kitchen, too.

Staff was great but special recognition to Paul known as the hotel historian as he provided great historical knowledge to us on the building and how it played a factor to keep the state capital in Madison.

Madison is a great city to visit & this hotel has the absolute best location. Our room was huge with lots of closet space, a nice sitting area and comfy bed.

I booked this hotel for a night and because it was fairly close to an event we were attending, and because it was very reasonably priced and rated highly. Was so surprised at how nice the entire place is! And it is literally across the street from the capitol! Restaurants and such all within easy walking distance, and the valet parking was fast and efficient for our getting in and out.
Rooms were very nice and super clean.

We come to Madison from the Chicago suburbs every year in the summer to go to the Farmer's Market, This was our first stay at Best Western Premier Park Hotel. We had a fantastic view of the Capitol building. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We look forward to coming back to this hotel.

For the last day of cross-country travel, I decided to treat myself to a nicer hotel near the capitol and wasn't disappointed. Outstanding valet parking and front desk service, and check-in was hassle free. The room was a bit cramped, but clean with modern decor and fixtures. In-room wi-fi was outstanding. Also enjoyed a hearty breakfast at The Post restaurant downstairs. It sure is worth paying a few extra bucks to stay downtown where so much is within walking distance.

We booked a room with a queen sized bed but we actually were given a full sized bed. We didn’t notice until the end of the night when we returned from a party. Was very disappointed in this.

Beautiful hotel right downtown with on site valet parking which is helpful as parking in the city is limited. It is walking distance to everything so it’s super convenient
