I would not stay here again! I had no hot water and by the time I realised I was in a hurry for a family emergency. I had no intention of running down to reception at all hours of the morning in my pajamas and waiting for it to be fixed. So, I ended up having a cold shower on a cold and rainy morning. The motel is on a busy road and very hard to find the entrance. It was quite expensive and not worth the money. I do have to admit the room was clean & spacious, but most travelers look forward to a nice hot shower. They would have to lower their prices for me to ever stay here again and I have been taught a lesson, every motel I stayed in after this I tried the shower for hot water. There are better options in this area of Melbourne.

The location and room was perfect for our holiday; however access to the property is challenging with entry only from the east. Exiting the property at peak hour is daunting with a lot of traffic with the only exit onto the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however office hours need to be extended for early leavers. Would stay here again.

Bathroom bin had not been emptied and shower - whilst appeared to have been recently renovated, albeit very roughly- was filthy and the shower head was split. Bottom sheet didn’t even cover the whole bed…mattress protector was exposed for more than half a metre across the whole foot of the bed… Will not stay again!

I was in a twin room which had a Queen and a single bed.
I slept in the single bed and sad to report that I had two nights of very poor sleep due to the mattress being so hard.
I even tried to put a doona under the sheet to try and soften it but didn't make much difference.
Apart from this I'm very happy with this accommodation.

Very comfortable motel with good room facilities ( ie. microwave , air con , cable tv channels , dining table and huge arm chair ! Comfy bed , spacious room , easy parking ). Very clean . Very friendly and accommodating host . Close proximity to supermarket ( Coles ) and eating places . Although on main road , not bothered at all by traffic noise . Only stayed overnight but would be very comfortable for a longer stay for sure . Nothing I could fault about my stay here .

Hi I have used this motel a number of times, it has always been clean and while the amenities are basic they work ok. Not too much traffic noise.

Check-in was fine. We stayed in a spa room which was clean and a bit basic, and looked like it had been updated recently. The spa was great, and included two showerheads. The downside: towels although obviously washed were a bit thin and still had yellow marks on them from previous users; might be time to retire them! Spa awkward to get in and out of: maybe a step would be good? And the lighting was blindingly bright! Only two switches, and both lit up the bed area like a christmas tree. Maybe a small lamp?? Apart from that, staff were helpful and friendly.

The queen size bed had ripped sheets, the single bed had mould stains on the sheets, the carpet was covered in leaves and stuff, the room was very cold even with the heater on and the showers head didn’t work properly. We are demanding a refund for the above mentioned issues.

Stayed for 3 days. Was explained to us room is only serviced every second day. Understood but it was not serviced at all. Tried to discuss at 9.00 but Reception unattended. Disappointing.

Convenient location to wineries in the Yarra Valley. Bathroom remodel is great. At some point, it would be better if carpets could be replaced with luxury vinyl flooring to eliminate any musty smell.

Relaxed easy place to stay; clean, all went to plan. Comfy bed, quiet, easy access.
The only upgrade I that was obvious to me is that there was no bedside lamp. This is a comfort convenience that is easy to remedy.

I arrived at 6pm and had not been given any check in details. Reception was closed...luckily I still had charge on my phone to call the number on the door. Very unhelpful assistance to find my key. Limited in room amenities...everything removed to stop germ spread?!? Very rundown establishment cutting corners to save. Wouldn't recommend.

Very nice room. I had the spa room with king size bed. The sheets were the order of the day as they were silky smooth and the bed was comfortable. I’ll stay again when I’m next out that way.

Recently stayed with my 16 month old and 4 year old in the 1 bedroom family apartment. The apartment was clean and a great size complete with small secure backyard. A few little niggles like the toilet brush was left in the toilet (like it was in the process of being cleaned but forgotten) and the fridge was turned off (it was lucky I noticed just before bed). Complete kitchen but There were no tea towels or oven mitts. Our key was left in a lock box so only interaction with staff was my request for a portacot. These are charged at $25 per night. The cot was delivered to our door assembled which was lovely but I had to dismantled and reassemble to get into the bedroom. Great proximity to shops and our friends so likely we will stay again sometime in the future.
