The staff was great, however our room was pretty rough. The TV and phone didn’t work, the toilet didn’t really flush well and the room had a very bad smell. There was also no hotel info available in the room ie wifi, food ordering, etc. the pool was not open and there was no heads up about that, but we were able to walk to the connecting hotel to use their pool. We did have to go to the front desk and have them let us in, but it served its purpose and the staff of the adjoining hotel was very nice as well! Again , the staff checking us in were super nice and polite, our room was just a bit of a disaster.

We loved location. We had room on end of building-good sized room.
Room seemed clean. Nice hot tub. Exercise room was good. Liked the fresh lemon water.
Only downside is thin walls-bunch of adults in camping chairs, in parking lot so loud until middle of night! Neighbor night before yelling and you could hear the people above us walking. So we turned on sleep sounds we could sleep.
They have some minor repairs they need to work on-rusted light fixture in bathroom and lightbulb didn’t work, toilet paper holder needed a screwdriver. Bathroom had little ventilation so super steamy after one shower.

Liked the availability of restaurant service. Ease or check in / out. Water pressure good.
Unfortunately, carpet was not vacuumed. Couch was ripped, dirty. Food crumbs laying on the mattress pull out. Couch cushions sank to wood base when sat on (even by 100 pound daughter). Malodorous intermittent smell of seaways wafted into room throughout the day and night.

Awesome staff up front. When we first got to our room my wife went to use the toilet and there was crap in it I flushed and it would not flush. That tells me this room was not properly
cleaned (disinfected) and that made us uneasy. The staff gracefully moved us to a new room and gave us drink tickets but we don’t drink. I paid a higher rate to stay here thinking I would eliminate these types of situations however that did not happen. I’m not looking for freebies I just like stuff done right and that’s why I paid the higher price as there were hotels available for half of what I paid here. In the future, anything over $100/night, I would not pay. This place is a
$75-$100/night hotel.

We paid for a suite. We got a room that had a microwave sitting on top of a small fridge. No countertops except a small one we used as a desk area. No sink area. No place in the bedroom big enough to put a suitcase-hardly enough room to walk around to the other side of the bed. Way overpriced. The couch had a big tear in it. It was sparsely furnished.

The staff was very nice and helpful when I had questions about the area! The room was very spacious and comfortable! I didn’t eat at the hotel but had an excellent meal at the Blarney pub that was within walking distance! I have stayed at a few other hotels in the area and this was by far my best experience yet! I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

Toilet was clogged four times while we were there and barely flushed at all. Called for help and he came. But right after plugged again with urine only. Shower pressure is terrible. There is none.

Our room was in bad shape, moved us to a different room. That room the tiles in the bathroom were broke and kept getting the bathroom door stuck.

Absolutely unhappy. I made a reservation for a double room with 2 king beds and ended up with a single king bed. I have a big family and this has caused an immense amount of inconvenience. I’ve had to purchase an expensive blow up mattress and a few other things to make the space work for my family. I’m dissatisfied with me getting a room smaller than what I paid for at the same price

You could put a $10 clock in the pool area and fitness center. No towels in the pool area at 10 am. That staff was great, but small thing such as those would make the experience better. Also you would have much more participation in breakfast if it was not 14$ dollars for the full and 7 for continental. Too many competitors in the area are free.

Great stay. Great Room. Great staff. Only feedback is the awkwardness of how the Continental/Hot Breakfast is handled. Instead of it being included in your room rate you have to pay additionally and then deal with the hot breakfast staff in the morning who ask you did you pay and then awkwardly present you with a bill for $0.00. Meanwhile, when staff isn’t present hotel guests who didn’t pay sneak and grab food.

I appreciated the help we received from the individual working the front desk. We were checking in late and she was the only staff member working the front desk and it was busy; she was doing her best to accommodate the many demands on her time.
We were however very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of our room. The hide-a-bed was disgusting!!!! We used blankets in the room to make the best of it. It was late and with the demands on the front desk staff, we knew that requesting a different room or for staff to attend the situation was going to make our already long travel day even longer/harder. It was disappointing to pay so much for a room that was so dirty!

Couch in room was ripped. Like a dog chewed on it. Very noticeable. Should have been replaced. 3 lights had burned out bulbs. Very poor maintenance. I'm a Hilton member. This condition of this room was not up to Hilton standards.

Really nice rooms and comfortable beds. I didnt get a chance to try the bar or restaurant in the hotel but there is really good bar/restaurant next door, i love irish pub food.
