Loved having a full kitchen in room as well as a grill on the patio. Saved us from having to eat out for every meal.

This is tucked away from busy street/highway. It’s close to strip mall shopping and mall shopping. What we didn’t enjoy was the loudness of the ppl right outside our window sitting by fire pit drinking at laughter at 1am. We got to breakfast I’m assuming too late but we were there at 10 AM Sunday morning with two grandchildren and they were breaking it down. Done for the day. I got the last egg and shared it between two kids, no juice available, EVERYTHING was getting put away before our eyes. We felt rushed and thought we were there in plenty of time to avoid this. I feel with the amount of money we spent on this Hotel & plenty of others around this area, we would sooner go to another. Just expected better.

We got a studio with two queen beds, and it was beautiful, and well appointed! Excellent room! The breakfast was also delicious!

Had to to pull our room door shut as it didn’t just shut and latch, definitely not a problem just something for people to be mindful of, very nice and clean hotel, nice staff, very happy with my stay

We stayed at this property for three days, having previously been guests at the Four Points and the C'mon Inn. We booked a room with a king bed and kitchenette.
The lobby area was pretty and check-in easy. Did not have to wait but if we had, there is plenty of seating and coffee and water available.
Our room, for the most part, was clean. We did find some hair from previous guest(s) on the shower wall and debris on the floor by the desk. A more thorough cleaning would have been beneficial. The bed was comfortable and we slept well both nights. I would have liked to have had USB ports in the room similar to most modern properties.
There is an outdoor basketball net and firepit, both which were frequently used by other guests.
We appreciated the location of this property as it was away from busy intersections and loud traffic.

Run down and very expensive for what you got. Cleanish and beds were relatively comfortable but certainly not worth the over $300 price tag. Would not recommend.

Our guestroom’s fridge has a knocking noise the whole night and I couldn’t access the plug in to unplug it. The breakfast area was unclean and the food quality at the breakfast buffet was subpar. The fitness room was nice but no sanitary wipes to wipe equipment down. Only a large bottle of hand sanitizer available. The price was quite high for the quality of the hotel.

I had a nice room, and the free breakfast buffet was delectable. However, the exercise room had a rank odor, and the medicine balls were sticky and thus not clean. I chose not to exercise there and was grateful for the hand sanitizer in the room.

Our dog kept finding pieces of sunseed shells near furniture legs. Couch needs to be CLEANED.
Surprised we had a $50 pet charge when he doesn’t shed and made no mess at all.

All treadmills shorted out. Trash around the outdoor areas. Room not ready at 3pm. Had to wait 90 minutes. Bureaus in rooms fall over if all drawers are out. Very unsafe for kids.pool dirty.

This was my first stay at a Homewood Suites, and it did not disappoint. While the front desk staff was not overly friendly or forthcoming with information (what and where the amenities were located for example), my overall stay was great. I was exhausted from working all day and then traveling. I went down to seek advice on somewhere to get a light dinner and much to my delight found that there was a guest reception. I had soup and a salad, and a glass of wine and it was PERFECT! My room was very large and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. Another great Hilton property. Thanks for a great stay - I would return and recommend.

The staff was so nice! They were welcoming from the get go, when we did not have enough supplies in the room for the number of people we had, they kindly gave us more. The continental breakfast was awesome! The room was spacious, enough room to move around with 2 adults and 4 kids. The two TVs was a plus! Not having to argue over which show to watch or cartoons! The hotel was plenty busy and we had no issues hearing other people within our room. The beds were comfy! The only negative was the pool was closed, but we were able to use double trees. If we need a hotel in a future this is definitely one we would return too!

Room was in good condition. We wanted to go the pool as we typically do on our hotel stays but it was closed. The hotel is connected to a few others so they offered we could visit the next pool. Their pool was small and dated and I also did not like the longer walk through their conference area/lobby or bar in my bathing suit. Also, closest entrance to our room was closed for exit only so we had a longer walk to room with luggage.

A bunch of stadf were around a breakfast table and ignored me when I went to check in. When I was finally helped, they said they overbooked my room and switched me to another type. It was not good.

Cigarette smoking at every entrance. Including the front main entrance…gross to have to walk through smoke to enter the building.
Lighted bathroom mirror didn’t work, front desk said they would have it fixed…. But didn’t follow through or communicate why it wasn’t fixed.
Reserved two queens…. We were a given a room with a king and pull out. We understand that we are not guaranteed the room we reserved with a 3rd party provider, but there was. It sufficient bedding for the pull out and we had to request that too.
Really, really poor customer service!! Will not stay there again!

I pulled back the sheets after I woke up in the morning and found what looked like feces smeared on the sheets that I had just slept in. I was disgusted - I sent an email to Hilton. They called me back but said they were a different management company and couldn't help. I complained to the front desk. The girl there was nice and said the manager would call me to discuss but he never did.
