Located in a perfect location only ten minute walk to art market, in front of the hotel is also a snorkeling point in Gili Trawangan.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms, just off the beach. Quiet area of approx 12 rooms only on 1 hallway entrance. Ambience of Bali Indo culture throughout.

Great team and service. The rooms are nicely laid out and very comfortable. Beach access is great and everything is very relaxed. Most of all - great service from the team there. Only about 15mins walk from the port bit nice and quiet with direct beach access. Would definitely come back.

Really happy with our stay here! All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and did not hesitate to help us which was so nice. Definitely good if you want a beach front hotel with views of the ocean and chances to see turtles! Definitely recommend you to stay here 100%

This was our second time at Vamana and we loved it just as much as the first. Its such a nice quiet area, the beach is great, the pool is lovely and fresh, the room was comfy and clean and the service from the staff is always top notch!! Vamana is our go to spot on Gili T!

Everything was amazing, except the fact that the pictures displayed for Deluxe Room in Hotels.com actually show the suite room, so I made a decision based on false information but hotels.com solved the problem.

My experience at this hotel met my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. The area that this place is located at is nice and quite as it is not really close to bars and nightclubs.

Nice hotel away from the noise of the main street. 15 min walk into the main area. Very clean and the staff were nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast was not really a buffet as you can only place one order per person. We got eggs and had to pay for pancakes. Pool is a good size and beach is good for snorkeling. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice small resort away from the noise. Staff are friendly and you are able to hire bikes to travel around. Only issue we had was the shower pressure was a little bit of a struggle and the tv did not work.

This hotel should be rated more than 3.5 stars. This was a lovely hotel located right on the beach. The room was nice and clean and so was the pool area. The beach is on a good location with lounge chairs and the area where you can swim. The location to me was perfect. It wasn't in the busy loud section of town where it was noisy when you wanted to sleep, but it was walking distance to the pier and night market and bars. You can also rent bikes here for 50k rupiah a day and bike the whole island in about an hour. I definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone. Also on a side note: the ombak hotel is a great place to have a drink and watch the sunset and take a picture on their swings! Great hotel but not in the area you can swim on the beach.

Andy on the front desk would answer any question we put to him and always made the effort to ask after our welfare. The staff in the restaurant were just as friendly and we were always greeted warmly when we returned home. Just out of the party section of the Main Street, the location was ideal for us. Much quieter that right in the busy part of town and away from the many western style resorts we found the spot peaceful and relaxed. We loved every minute of our stay at Vamana but the staff deserve a special shout out. Ear to ear smiles and always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again.

The reson for the low number of stars which would be simple to improve... The sink didnt drain and took a day to fix. There wasnt any soap in the room. There were only 2 thin pillows on a king size bed. There were only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. No wash cloths. The bed was a little sandy on the first night. Again once these issues were solved, I Definitely enjoyed the hotel. I suggest renting bicycles at the front desk and driving around the island.

Initially we had only booked 2 nights at Vamana but after the amazing stay that we had, we decided to stay another 3 nights. The location is awesome, right on the beach with one of the best snorkling spots right out the front. As it is a short walk away from the main party bars and shops it is a peaceful and relaxing spot to stay. The staff was also one of the highlights. Always willing to help in anyway they could and were extremely friendly especially the last night when we all hung out together. I would definatly be recommending this resort to others and will definatly return when we go back to Gili T.

Nice small front beach hotel. Breakfast is ok. Modern room with shower and toiletries separated. 10 minutes walking from the fast boat drop off and the center, calm and quiet however. Private beach and helpful staff. Don't forget before booking some place on Gili islands, the last fast boat is at 1pm :)
