not possible to order breakfast through the website but possible to pay there. The berakfast was nothing special, would recommend to go somewere else.

A good budget-friendly choice with excellent service.
As long as your card is in the room's card slot, a set of lights will stay on in the room. (At least I couldn't find the off-switch, and there's not a lot of space where it could be hiding.) So, you cannot charge anything, or leave the heating on, while asleep - assuming you need some measure of darkness to sleep.
The room was quite cold; the thermostat does not go above 23 degrees. The thermostat reading is questionable; it claimed it was 23 degrees, but I still needed a sweater inside the room.

Very bad customer treatment, and does not keep their word. What I was promised over the phone, they did not honor. Will steer away from this chain in the future.

Definately a great location and basic normal Danish breakfast that is served at all hotels. However the room is tiny the shower is not for heavy people either. Barely had room in my room for my suitcase on the floor. Definately not for couples or families, as a single it was OK. The location made up for everything.

It had so much potential, but just isn't maintained the way it should be. Bed sheets had multiple stains, shower temperature was workable but didn't at all match the dial - lots of trial and error. Toilet had issues. Breakfast had only a few meager options. I could go on.
It got the job done but could have been much better.

I would rather you raise your room tariffs marginally and improve services than the way it is - everything is *minimalist* and most staff don’t seem to be motivated to offer even reasonably good customer service. I guess you’re capitalizing on your location and don’t really care about customer experience !

The staff were not helpful, bedding is terrible and shower was broken, really bad curtains. They said there’s a bar but it was only a shop selling beer and wine. No bar!

This was a good hotel in a great location. The rooms were small and minimalistic. The lobby was really nice and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast (reasonable extra charge)

Positive: Relatively cheap and quiet. Nice breakfast. Staff helpful and nice.
Negative: many minor things:
Difficulty regulating temperature in the room.
Spots on the carpet.
Poor water pressure in shower.
Doors to bathroom and shower did not stay, but glided to half positions.
Urine smell in the bed, but better after they changed the bedlinnen.
Of course cheapest toilet paper and plastic mattress cover.
Breakfast very crowded.
Bathroom floor did not heat, maybe because it was summer?

The rooms are so small that you cant open a suitcase and walk around without tripping over.
There is no room around the bed, so if one has to go to the toilet during the night, they have to crawl over the one sleeping next to them.

Efficient & modern room design. Bathroom was small but well designed so everything was positioned well and provided good utility..

AC worked well and kept the room at the desired temperature without any annoying cold drafts.
Breakfast buffet cost the equivalent of 2 lattes in Copenhagen. And the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet is the best food value in Copenhagen!

Great value hotel. Spent all day sightseeing so just used the room to sleep really. Comfy bed, clean room, decent size bathroom. A kettle with basic tea or coffee would have been a bonus but not essential for me. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. Would defo stay again. And super central location close to the metro and Strøget.

Good and rather new Hotel close walking distance to Nyhamn / central parts of Copenhagen. Have stayed at this hotel 5 times and will come back again.

Location is excellent,paid for breakfast but had very limited vegetarian options compared to similar hotels. Air conditioning was not cool g in one of the rooms. No room service done - had to call in earlier which was not possible. Staff was excellent- baggage service was good.

Great location for sure. The rooms are very, very very small. Seemed quiet enough and I didn’t breakfast because I anticipated a beehive atmosphere. So I just wanted to tour Copenhagen, not spend time in a room and I wouldn’t want to spend time here as my view was looking at a wall and the room is super super small
